Post Wanna see some RE92's after a hard autocross?

Click on the pic to see a bigger pic.

I had the tires up to 45f/39r hot and still managed to really roll the hell out of them!

Here is a link to the original way they should look.

These tires now have 3200 miles on them and 1 autocross.

EDIT : I forgot to mention, this is off the MWIC's picture archive site - http://archive.mwic.org . There are a ton of other pics there if you're into checking out scoobs and some others that we've found at autocrosses.

Cool

I can still read the lettering, so you didn't push hard, did you?
;-)
On mine the top half of the letters is missing...

LOL Marius... Well people watching said at one point I had less then an inch between the wheel and the asphalt so I don't know why I didn't rub any of the lettering off... hmmmm... guess I'll have to try harder next time.

Tarmac - Yeah I can see it now... "I'm sorry sir, we can't cover these tires just because they are POS's and roll over themselves in a heartbeat. You have to have a fatal accident at high-speeds in order to get a replacement tire".

That's what I did to my tires last summer. I baked them into nothing by the end of the summer intentionally, just so I could justify buying a set of snows for the winter and rains(if I can get away with calling them that) for the summer.

Yikes! When I saw the picture I just ASSUMED you ran low pressures. With 45/F, I can't imagine how anyone ever uses the stock rubber for racing. (All I've ever run on the Sube have been BFGs: lucky me).
Bottom line? That sux.
