Angry Soa is so slow!

This must be the 80th time I've seen that Lexus IS300 ad on tv. This is the one with a yellow IS300 plowing throw massive mud in the rain with hundreds of onlookers, like a rally event. Wake up and smell the coffee, SOA. Its like every other car company, esp those that DON'T compete in the WRC, are claiming that their IS300 or Beatle are rally cars!

I am sure that this topic has been taked about to death but I am just sick of these ads. Will SOA ever come out and do a WRC commerical?

I believe they do the Outback commercials because that is kinda like the 'backbone' of US Subarus. That and the Outbacks are all made in the states.

actaully...I think the IS300 is going to become part of the WRC...so yeah...and the beetle is part of it too..haha..so I gues thats why they make these rally commercials cuz it appeals to people

Watch Subaru ditch the Rally image just as it catches on in the US. Just like the killed the Brat as the SUV boom took off. Just like they introduced the SVX as that class of car was on the way out. What a bunch of crack heads.

Maybe it will be a surprise attack by SUBARU.
Sceneio: A couple of week before the new WRX hits, we see a REAL ralley commercial, this one with the current Impreza and ending with the new Impreza. And then they say, "...AWD,AWD,AWD,AWD,(you know how they are) and oh, by they way, did we mention Turbo?" Avoid the headlights, and WHAM! we have civic size status for the new car.

Or even better, do the same scenerio, but this time we put the 'fog' over the headlight throughout the commercial, kinda like those rap videos where they block out all those logo's and obscene writing! that would be great!

I don't follow the WRC mostly cause this is america and i hate the 30 min. coverage they give the WRC. But anyway, whats with the beetle or IS300 coming to this series? They don't make a production 4WD car, do they? So who cares if a VW or Lexus can do well in a heavly modified version of itself on a rally course. They are misleading the public, and since 80% of the public think Subaru is made in Australia, this is going to worry me.

Yeah that's an oldie too. He was insome fancy place and the valet was trying to bring Dundee his "Subrew". First it was a silver RS, but dundee said no it's an "Autback". I don't remember. Anyways it pans off to a parking lot full of Screwbroos on top of a plateau.
