Post Body damage! What to do?

This morning I managed to scrape up my right rear quarter on one of the concrete pillars in my parking structure. There's a small dent, and a series of scrapes. The paint is flaking off at the edges of the deeper scrapes. I wasn't going fast, and the scrapes are a foot long at the most. They are as low as the bottom of the car and as high as the gas tank door.

I suspect the dent can be taken out, it's not too deep and the metal is not creased. But I have no experience with this stuff, since I have never been in an accident or dealt with a body shop.

So, what should I do? Dealership? Body shop? I am at a loss. I don't know if I am looking at $200 of damage or $2000.

I've been driving for over 10 years, and never done anything like this, I am so mad at myself... but anyway.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Clueless,
Matt
