New SCCA SportsCar mag....Impreza Issue?

Just wanted to say congrats to Brian Priebe & Eric Kriemelmeyer, SPT/Subaru have a full page ad (PG21) congratulating them on their 1st & 2nd place finishes in the Street Touring class at the 2000 SCCA Solo II Nationals! Several competitors in GS & STS are mentioned and there are pictures of RS's competeing on pages 57 (Blue '98), pg60 (Silver ?), pg77 (Blue lifting rear left tire off the ground!), and on pg123 (WRX ProRally)...GO SUBARU!!!

You know... I really need to join so I can get that damn 'zine.

Anyone know if I just join one region, will the others count my points as on their region as well or would I also need to be a member of their individual region?
