Default CEL P0130 Help

My car is throwing a P0130 (Front oxygen (A/F) sensor circuit range/performance problem (lean)) CEL and I need some help. A little over a month ago it was throwing a P0133, so I replaced the Front O2 sensor. I'm doubting that the new sensor died already, so I think I probably need the ECU reflash for O2 sensor problems that I've heard about. Anyone have any other possibly causes?

Also, any idea on how to get a dealer to flash my ECU even though the car is modified? My ECU harness isn't very pretty due to the emanage/J&S/lots of guages/etc. Think anyone will just let me bring in my ECU and reflash it without having the rest of the car present?

I think any place should be willing to reflash your ECU, this has nothing to do with waranty or anything as such. I don't see it being an issue.
