David drove a stormer, good on ya lad.

If you dont know, nigel stepney, the british refueler mechanic hit by michael schumacher is OK. Badly torn ligaments but no breakages.

The scap between the two schueys and barachelo was awesome.

Ahh yes another glorious victory for Mika Hakkinen, good to know he's back on track! First off I want to say that I am very happy DC and his Fiance are fine, although the loss of the flight crew was a terrible shame. However as a race driver David Coulthard will always be second fiddle to Hakki. He will never be consistent compettion to Michael Schumacher (I hate him, but I have to admit he's one of the greatest).

The way DC punted Hakki on the first corner of the Belgain GP last year, was inexcusable. It could have cost Hakkinen the title. You don't take out your teamate especially when he's the reigning world champion, on track for a second, and is sitting on pole. Thankfully he drove brilliantly, passing virtually the entire to finish 2nd.

Thumbs down

come on Tyrmeltr, do you have to be so negative about david after he has had such a dificult week, he drove that whole race with a cracked rib from the crash. He is probably the most sensitive and human of GP drivers on the grid so this would have affected him quite badly.

Of course he isn't producing the goods at the same rate as mika but he has actually had the balls to pass michael schumacher on many ocasions, much more often than mika has.

Give the guy a break, he deserves it.

John

I agree with you, I think Coulthard has improved a huge amount recently - his overtaking is some of the best in F1 (Barichello going into Stowe and a good move on Schumacher today) but he looked absolutely shagged after the race today - I'm surprisewd he even finished let alone come second
