Default fogs

anyone know how to change the stock set up so you can turn the fogs on without the normal lights on and so they will also stay on when you turn on your brights? I would like to do this but still have it so they shut off with the car. If there is already a post on this and you know where it is you can direct me there. of is some where has pics and directions that would be awesome too. Just thought this would be a nice weekend project. Thank you.
