Default 2.2 with p0170 code...

So my 99 L Wagon 2.2 just popped up a p0170 code. From what I've gathered it's a fuel trim malfunction bank 1 issue and there's a variety of reasons why this came up. One useful bit of information is short term and long term numbers, and while I have them, I don't quite get how to decode that information or find numbers on the forum to use as reference.
The numbers I pulled with my code reader are as follows: short term bank 1: 1.5% long term bank one 17.9% and short term bank 3: -100.6% long term bank 3: -100.6%
If anybody could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

The easiest cause for this code would be a vacuum leak.

Well after doing some looking around it was a combination of a filthy MAF sensor and I must've not put the intake tube on the air box correctly cuz it was pinched on the bottom of the tube. Thanks for everyone who chimed in!
