Default Problem with morrette high beams!

hey guys, tonight while I was driving! I tried putting my high beams on and I got nothing. then I kept trying and they began to flicker on and off!! After keeping them on they continued to flicker on and off! Not sure what has gone wrong?

Was it both high beams? If so check the wire from the Morettes to the battery positive, make sure the connection is secure. That is the high beam power. Also check the fuse inline with that wire, it should be firmly inserted in the fuse holder.

mine is similar but only does it when i hit the brights the right side projector flickers and sometimes goes off so i have to shut the fog lights off first then hit the brights. Check the stock plug that use to go on the stock headlight mine was like black around some of the prongs you might have to clean it; i used sandpaper i guess its working good luck `Nick

Thanks, Mulder I'll check it out!
One other thing I noticed my passenger low beam is out. The morrettes are a little over 1 year old and I have the same bulbs that came with them. Did it blow out already? Shouldn't they last longer than that?

One year on a bulb is not that unusual. Definitely check the bulb itself before tearing into the wiring on that side. If it's not the bulb you can also check the headlight fuse for that side, with Morettes the factory headlight circuits only power the low beams since the high beam power comes straight from the battery.
