Question Steel wheel center caps?

I want to just put center caps over the 2 1/4" hole in the center of my steel wheels, rather than go the full wheel cover route. Is there anywhere they can be purchased?

How would they mount? Wouldn't you need a special rim design for this?

My wife had a Honda Accord years ago that had cup-shaped center caps. They had fingers around the edge that would snap into the hole in the wheel.
