Anthony(the owner im guessing) is a really good vendor and he will be more than happy to help you with your problem... Since it is their fault they will most likely even hook you up with free shipping or sumthin like that...

One purchase i bought a CEL fix and a perrin downpipe. The CEL fix was suppose to come with the downpipe but it never came... About 3 weeks pass and i still dont recieve my CEL fix, and during those 3 weeks I got an Accessport which basically becomes my CEL fix... So I give them a call and told them that I never recieved my CEL fix and i would like a refund. He apologized and and told me that he would gladly give me a refund, but in the middle of the conversation I realized I needed a short shifter and bushings... So he cut me a break and took $30 off the price for a kartboy short shifter and bushings and gave me free shipping....

The point of the story was that you have nothing to worry about... Just give them a call everything will be ok...

Anthony if you read this you have an email from me about your ROTA wheels.. .

I will call them tomorrow but didn't know if anyones has ordered anything from them lately?

staring to get alittle pissed.
Spoke to you via e-mail, but I just wanted to take the time to mention this.

We take $100 deposits on ALL JDM shipments so that the customer does not feel like we're stealing their money for 6 weeks while their parts are in transit. I think it's one of the most fair policies out there, but there are always people that do not agree. Not saying you are one of them, but it's just something we've learned NOT to do when it comes to special order items. Unfortunately, as some of my customers have found out, shipments can take longer then the normal 4-6 weeks and in some cases less then 4 weeks.

As far as new threads go I've honestly been too busy to post up new advertisements. Our business has more then tripled in the last year so time is not something we have plenty of. I would love to make sure my guys contact everyone with special orders on a weekly basis or even bi-weekly...but it's just another something we need to work on in the future. I've hired two great new employees that are working their tails off daily to make sure orders are shipped correctly and in a respectable time frame. They are both hardworking individuals that are doing their best to help out our customers as best as they can.

If you need to contact us and want to get a rapid response there are several e-mail address you can write to or you can call us. PM's are great, but they're not checked daily since we advertise on more then just one forum.

Our JDM shipment is landing shortly and it'll have plenty of STi bits, from V-limiteds, Spec C roof vent kits, 2002-03 STi hood scoops, 2002-03 fog light covers, and a bunch of JDM 2004-05 front lips in WRBlue, Aspen White, and Platinum Silver. If you're waiting on a JDM STi part please contact us if you're concerned about the order. This particular shipment has taken a few extra weeks and I thank you for your patience.

Who are you e-mailing? If you need tracking you should e-mail tracking@mauromotorsports.com and Adam or Greg can help you out. If you're waiting on Perrin endlinks then I'm sure there's a reason why they are late, but please e-mail our tracking e-mail address if you want a quicker response for information on your order. The phone rings off the hook all day long. The guys are doing the best they can to take care of any held up orders daily. That's what these guys get paid to take care of.

I emailed you Anthony! You replied once back about 3 weeks ago and said they would be to me in 2 days. I then emailed you and sales 3 or 4 times plus phone calls with v-mail left. No response. Seems like the only person answering your phone is the damn answering machine. I have no problem waiting for things as long as im updated on whats going on. You have not done that and have forced me to get a response out of you. Like I said above.......3 weeks of emails and phone calls..no response. Small post on public board....get response in 10 minutes. Thats uncalled for!! If it takes 2 weeks for your people to return emails or get the emails to the right people then you might want to restructure how you guys do things!

Ok...i didn't get any additional e-mails just now, but I'm going to contact my distributor and make sure you get these endlinks asap. It looks like Greg had a memo here that you cancelled the endlink order because you weren't going to get them in time for an event. I have a credit memo in the database for the links as well. The purchase order that was sent to Perrin is marked cancelled...did you call in and speak to Greg? Either way I'm restablishing the order with Perrin now and will expedite the order on us.

Thanks for clearing this up Anthony....all I wanted was a response.
To clear up what you noted above, I never called in and talked to greg. I did have contact through the 1 email i mentioned earlier. In that email i mentioned that I wish I knew it was going to take a little longer to get these endlinks cause I needed them for an event. There was never any mention from me to cancel that part of my order. Also no mention on your side. My credit card has already been charged and no refund has taken place in that respect.
I still would like these endlinks and yes ship them out as soon as you can.
Thanks

I will find out what has happened. I know shortblock cases right now are on a slight backorder with SDC (subaru distribution company), but I'm pretty sure yours shipped.

Still waiting for my brake lines and tranny mount that I ordered on the 10th of November *sigh*. I also ordered an exhaust finisher but I knew this would take longer as Anthony said it would be coming from Japan. I still dont know why my 2 other items are taking so damn long. He said that it would be ground shipped to Cali then flown to Hawaii. AND I GOT CHARGED $45 FOR THIS!!! Funny how everytime I order from Oakos Automotive they get me my stuff in about 4 days and only charge me about $5 to ship a $165 order, and they are located in Michigan, which isn't much closer to Hawaii than NY.

When I called Anthony and told him that I hadn't received anything in 2 weeks he said, "Well you live in Hawaii right?" So I said, "Yeah." Then Anthony said, "Well it will take a little longer to get there, what do you want me to do?" (in what I interpreted as a cocky-ass tone.)

Well, I want a response as to what is happening. Why is it taking so long?

Here it is...everything but your finisher has shipped...as you know already. Please do a rate quote from 11784 to your 96797 on Fedex.com for a package that is 10x8x8 and weighs 20lbs and insured for $300...you'll see why you were charged $45...which is cheaper then you should've been charged. Maybe your $165 order with another company weighed less then 20lbs and was through another carrier? Once again i'll find out where your parts are, but as far as I can see on my invoice here they shipped out!

And I asked you over the phone what you wanted me to do about the situation because I thought you wanted some sort of compensation. You never responded to that, but I guess now I know why...it must have been my tone.

I didn't get a chance to look at FedEx's rates but for USPS it would cost $40 with insurance to get it here priority mail, which says 3 days delivery. However because I am in Hawaii lets say this would take about a week. Way less than the 3 weeks plus it is taking via FedEx. I'm sure FedEx costs more but it should be here by now dont ya think?

As for some sort of compensation, at that time I didn't need any, all I wanted was my parts in a timely matter. However, now I DO want compensation. IMHO this is ridiculous, if I knew it was gonna take this long I would have shopped elsewhere. I would like to have my shipping refunded.
