Ordered some wagon lateral links but they sent me the sedan ones and they keep insisting the links are correct parts just I want another setup??
I got charged on the same day I placed the order but they take a few days to ship them and I got the wrong parts. They were suppose to setup call tags on 3/17 but UPS never came and they never return my email again.
Please process the refund for the links. I'll never order from them again.

Are you serious? Lets get a couple of things straight here. You ordered lateral links for you wagon...we sent the correct part number and part that matches your vehicle. These same links have been installed on wagons in the past and they also fit GC model sedans. Obviously you're still not comfortable with that....which is why I offered to setup a call tag for the order.

There are three different part numbers that'll fit your Wagon...and you have one out of the three sitting at your place right now. I told you I could order the other links from Japan that you were so particular about and you said you just wanted to return the ones you have because you decided to use OEM instead. The very same day we spoke on the phone I setup a UPS call tag for your order...UPS tried three times to pick up your links and noone was available to sign. Did I have to do that? No I did not, but I was trying to help YOU the customer out.

Right now you still have the lateral links that you ordered and were shipped 2 day air as you asked us to. Please explain to me and the rest of the forum why I should refund you now when you still have the parts.

Do me and the rest of Nasioc a favor and please ship the lateral links back to us and you'll get your refund for the parts. Don't come on here on a Sunday night and try to make us look bad when we did everything you asked us to.

Call me if you have further questions. I'm ready to refund you for the parts as soon as they are in my hands in one piece and with no signs of prior installation.

Thank you again,

Anthony

Yes, I tried to sell them locally and I thought I'd do you guys a favor not returning it. I did not even see UPS come in for delivery or pick up, not even once. So what days or day did they come pick up the links?? The links are the wrong part.....the length is for the sedan yes of course they will fit but that will cause camber/toe issue.

EDIt: read this and tell me they are the correct links for my wagon??

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...t=ST202504S000

EDIT: here is the part# ST 202504S000
I need to replace the links so I can drive my car it's my daily driver and you told me to order from japan which is another 3-4weeks??

I have an idea. Instead of arguing about it and wasting more time, trying to sell them to someone else, and then asking us for a refund without even sending us the parts, why don't you send them back?

Order the part number that you want from Japan...they're cheaper but it'll take time either way. We bring in shipments once a month that's why it takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks to bring in. Unless, that is, you want to pay around $150+ for expedited shipping into the states....it is what it is and there's no faster way around it unless you order direct from japan yourself.

I am happy about that you are getting the product quickly considering the fact that Japanparts is in TOKYO. If we were based in Tokyo we could do the same thing..however we're in NY and don't speak japanese so well.

We shipped you the parts in 3 business days and the US dollar to Yen is a bit of a different story when it comes to US pricing. So now please spend the money you saved and ship our parts back so we can refund you for your troubles.

Can you issue another call tag? I called UPS and they said they always leave a pickup notice so how do you know they came 3 times?? Even UPS couldn't track a calltag so they told me to notify the shipper to setup another calltag.
Yeah, I saved alot of money I called you on Monday 3/13 and you said they're going out TODAY so 2day air the package will be here on Wednesday 3/15 but u shipped them out Tuesday 3/14 without any notice.
Took the day off on Wednesday, and was waiting for all parts from various vendors and only the links are missing. If you could've called me late Monday or Tuesday, I could have opt for next day shipping so I can be ready for my appointment on Wednesday. That's what I did with another vendor.

Dude just send the parts back....why are you making this a larger issue then it already is. We did our part...now do yours.

Yeah you did your part by promise a customer saying they would go out Today and didn't even bother to give a call when u didn't. You can always setup another call tag, it's just a phone call away but you aren't willing to provide customer service like other vendors would instead you're arguing with me here. Is this how NASIOC vendor treat their customers?? I wont be posting anymore so you have time to ship out your orders instead of letting ppl wait.

EDIT: I didn't post here to complain but thought I'd share it so there would be less unfortunate NASIOC members in the future.

And it seems to me, that in nearly every case of a customer being unhappy, Mauro Motorsports gets belligerent. Telling a paying customer "we're overly busy", or "you're in a diff't country - this is why I no longer deal internationally". Wow.

mindchatter - I'm assuming you think you can do things better. Which is fine since everyone is entitled to their opinion. But I'd like you to come down to our level and see if you understand what our daily routine is like.

My day consists of first answering 150-200 e-mails without getting side tracked by a few different things like answering phone calls, maintaining all of the online orders, taking care of the purchase orders, maintaining the wholesale accounts, running the bookeeping, running the advertising, maintaining the website, shipping parts out, bringing parts in from overseas, maintaining inventory, dealing with fraudulent orders, dealing with returns, answering dozens of PM's on all different forums, and a heck of lot more.

I've had around 4000 customers come through our little business in the past 4 years. You listed 13 people that have had an issue with us in the past and were basically taken care of. If I have 13 out of 4000 customers that have had problems with us in that time then I'd say that's not such a bad percentage. I don't like to see customers upset with us, but some things just don't sit well with me. All of the people you mention above were taken care of and got what they were looking for. If you have a question about our business drop me a PM or an e-mail and I'll be more then happy to satisfy it. I really appreciate the time you took out of your busy schedule to post your response.

Thanks,

Anthony Mauro

What I think you fail to understand Anthony, is that your busy schedule is neither the customers concern, nor an adequate explanation for a lack of availability or reliability.

And with regard to my "busy schedule" - if you'd like, I'd be more than happy to describe in detail the sole dealing I had with your business. Just let me know.

I think much of the problem is that is very difficult to get anyone on the phone (the best method for customer support). I know I had tried countless times with maybe a 5-10% success rate. It's extremely frustrating not being able to have a real time discussion.

On a side note, what do you expect when you tell a customer ETA 8-10 days and it goes for months without the order being complete. That's what happened to me and I was pretty patient when I managed to get someone on the phone only to hear the array of excuses.

Hopefully when you get your new facility, you can stock much more than you can now and will be able to avoid little things like this.

It will definitely help. Especially when we'll have more phone lines. I've got an extra set of lugs here, but I'm pretty sure you wanted spline drive style.

Yeah, the small business' I'm associated with each have 4 lines and boy can they get busy sometimes. Its very helpful to have lots of phone lines, but if you need the extra people to handle the calls.

Well, I've waited this long, might as well wait for the better lug nuts. You expecting them to come in this week? I'm dying to put the new wheels/tires on the car.

I've got a set of lugs I can send you temporarily until the spline drive style arrives. Let me know if that'll help.

Anthony,

Do you have a tracking number from your distributor for me yet?

I finally have your tracking Lang...idget_rex I'm still waiting for yours and am on the phone with them yet again. You both ordered the catted dp's and they've been a bit of a hassle. I ran out of them here shortly after both of you ordered.

This is the second time I've dealt with the guys at Mauro. I've always found Anthony and Adam to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Looking forward to my Perrin front & rear endlinks I ordered from them.

Been waiting for my COBB AccessPort for over 3 weeks now, and it still says "will ship in 24 hours" when I check order status. First guy I called said it was already shipped out, and that they were just waiting for tracking #. Next guy I called said it would be shipped out at the end of the week. A week and a half later and still waiting. I'm getting tired of being out my $600 and still looking at my CEL.
