why dont you order from someone who actually stock the AP like SouthCoast and they do free shipping.

We stock them too...just didn't have any 2004 WRX ones at the time. And why don't you ship back the lateral links that you want a refund for?

Anthony,

It has been 23 days now since you charged me for a Helix catted dp (3/22/06). Since then you have told me several times that it has been sent and that you will provide me with a tracking number "by the end of the day." I still do not have a tracking number or the dp and you still have my money.
My last email request for an update was not replied to and I have again had troubles reaching you by phone.
What is the trouble here? Please provide me with any updates.

Default one of the worst vendors ever

i dont even know where to begin. its a long story but i'll make it short.

oct. 2005
- bought chargespeed lip for sti, they said they'll have it in a few days

dec. 2005
- after not recieving any info about the order and not responding
to emails and not ever answering the phones,they finally said that it
was back ordered, after 2 months of trying to contact them.
- i said i want a refund for the $420 that i paid. they said ok no problem.

feb. 2006
- still no refund after repeated emails to them. never answers phone dont
respond to emails.
- so stupid me decides to cancel refund and get some suspensions stuff
with the $420 that they owe me

mar. 2006
- they ship the suspension parts to the wrong address (granted it
was my old address from a year ago) but come on man. they claim its
the only address that they have in their system. i know i put my current
address when i ordered last, plus adam said that it was their mistake
and he doesnt know how that happened.
- anthony said that ups messed up and that he'll order me new parts to ship
to the correct address.

apr. 14, 2006
- still no tracking numbers, still dont respond to emails, they still have my
money, FOR SIX MONTHS NOW! and i'm still waiting for them to give
me ETA on the parts.

this is just unacceptable, i shouldnt have to wait this long for anything,
especially stuff that they said they have in stock(suspension, brake parts)
i hope nobody ever goes through what i have. this is the worst experience
i have ever had with a vendor. needles to say i am not dealing with them
again after this is resolved.

We shipped out the parts you swapped out for the lip and they did indeed ship to the wrong address. We tried having it re-routed, but they had already delivered the parts to what you claim is an abandoned house. I had yet ANOTHER delivery shipped out to the correct address for you. If there are further problems contact me. I have been back and forth with you through e-mails for a while now. To say I've not commmunicated with you is obsurd. I apologize for the delay, but sometimes mistakes happen. It will be resolved none the less.

I sent a PM. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a tracking number for my headers and injectors. My turbo, rails and fuel pump came lighting quick, but the rest.. well nothing yet and i ordered them almost 5 weeks ago. I cant get through on the phone and i recieved an email about 3 weeks ago that promiced a tracking number, but i never got it. I liked the service at first but now theres an issue, and i hope it can be resolved quickly.

We PM'd you about this. When we were billed for the product then told we'd have tracking by e-mail we relayed this message to you. Unfortunately the manufacturer "ran-out" of these and got one out to Nasioc member Lang before your order. Leaving you and I out of luck. I'm sorry about the mistake and you'll see the refund within 24-48hrs.

It will be...the headers were a bit of an issue but we should have it cleared up shortly. Thank you for your patience.

I ordered a Perrin boost controller on March 30th.
Mauro's website still says that it should ship in 2-3 days. Sent an email requesting shipping info at the end of the week, never got a reply.
I called last week to check on my order, and was able to finally get a hold of someone, who told me it should have drop shipped Friday or Monday (this was April 12th). I figured that maybe they forgot to order or something and that at least calling about order would get the gears moving. No such luck.
Tried calling all day today during business hours and got nothing but a continuous ring till I was disconnected by the phone company, or an answering machine. Sent a second email today as well, no reply yet.
Called Perrin to see if they shipped from there, or if they could give me more info, but they couldn't be specific on anything, they only tell me they hadn't been out of stock on boost controllers in the last 6 months.
Since it seems that this is the best way to get a hold of Mauro Motorsports, can I get an update on my boost controller?

I haven't heard anything back yet, and since this is a dropped shipped item that is in stock it shouldn't require much effort to get it on it's way.

I had a pretty good experience before when I ordered some P1 springs, they got here fast and there was good communication, so I didn't expect to run into any problems when I ordered something else.

Are you guys just short handed or what?

I ordered my perrin fuel rails just over a week ago. I have not received a tracking number or a response from my email. I need these to arrive in a week or less before my motor is to be reinstalled. If I don't get a tracking number by monday I'm going to be forced to cancel my order and buy them from another vendor.
Please let me know where my order (#3244) is.

I had ordered P1 springs mid march. I noticed there was no charge to my card and called in. They said about a week to get the parts in and i wouldnt be charged untill then. End of week, I was charged, they shipped em out. I received the parts with expected delay from ground shipping CA to NJ.

Was a good experience for me.

My initial experience was fine as well, ordered P1 springs also. Got here in record time and everything was great.

That's why it surprises me that such a mundane order like mine could have such problems. I'm a pretty patient person, but it's wrong that there is no communication. If they have problems, fine. Just tell me so I know whats up.

IDK what's going on. I got two quick response emails today but not the tracking number by the end of the day. I just checked my credit card and I see an additional charge the day after the fuel rails were already paid in full.

hey mauro whats going on? i bought an intake elbow from your site over 2 weeks ago. You guys cashed in my paypal but i havent recieved and word of if its even been shipped out/tracking number or anything. i even pm'ed you and email you a couple times. reply asap

Just got a tracking number from them via PM. Boost controller should get here Tuesday.
