Tony,

You were supposed to send my wheels 3 weeks ago - I have yet to get a tracking number - If I don't get tracking numbers from you by close of business today I am canceling my order.

It is a lousy way to do business to ignore repeated request for status from your customers

Ray

i am going through the exact same experience as the rest of you. however, i did receive a tracking number, but the status of that package on ups's website doesn't indicate that the package has been shipped. i have been going through Mauro for almost three years and this is not the usual service i have received. i know he is extremely busy, but to wait three weeks on a gauges. i knwo s**t happens and it does, but three weeks to get my last gauge that should have been in the box to begin with. anyway just venting my frustration.

Ray, I'm guessing the last set of wheels that arrived at your door within 4 business days was bad service too...yeah we had a problem with the Rota's but they left and were already on their way to you before you dropped the ball and cancelled. I suggest denying the shipment when it arrives otherwise your credit card company will not honor your chargeback and we can get our merchandise back.

Listen guys....***t does happen. The last two days it's just been ME in the office and noone else. I had a crap load of JDM parts just get here and I need to sort through everything to get old orders out for the people who've ALSO been waiting. I don't want to sound like I'm giving excuses, but a few days is all I need to clear out the old orders. I'm doing my very best to get to everyone, but honestly if you're not happy then ask for a refund. I'll honor it and I have no issue with that....

If any of you are waiting on Axis pads I just got a shipment of those in today as well and they're leaving tomorrow if you have a backorder.

Cut me some slack because I'm doing it all solo! Thanks again for being patient.

I guesss the biggest problem I had was that you did not bother answering voice mail or email. An explantion goes a long way. I know life can get busy but a response is not a big deal but means a lot to others.

"Drop the ball" is more like ran out of patience.

I ordered an exhaust from mauro in the middle of March. I've heard from them twice. Once a few days after I ordered to say they had to order the exhaust from the factory and a second time last week after emails, phone calls, etc went unanswered. i finally posted on another wrx forum and they replied to let me know the exhaust was discontinued. since that time i've been trying to get my deposit back (850 bones), but they don't answer their phones, return calls, or reply to emails.

i've contact the BBB. these guys are a joke. they clearly don't have what it takes to run a business.

like i said above, i got a tracking number, but it doesn't indicate that the items have been shipped. tried calling since friday. have emailed them twice and sent several PMs. how difficult is it to reply. all i want is a refund for my gauge that i was charge for that i didn't get and i will go somewhere else. there are to many vendors out there. i think i have been pretty patient..to wait almost two weeks to get 1 gauge. might have to turn it over to the C.C. company to get reinburstment.

Anthony,
I have sent you an email. I need you to refund money for the Defi Amber Oil Pressure gauge that i still have not received. I tried leaving a voicemail, but did not get your message.

It still does not appear that the gauges have been shipped. I already have one that will be hear tomorrow.

I too have had major issues. I ordered parts from Japan on March 20, 2006. I know that items from Japan take quite some time, but when I ordered them I was told "about 2 weeks." It has been 7 weeks!! I actually wouldn't mind waiting, but just like everyone else I never got replies to my emails and calls. Soooo....I finally get an email on May 2 that says, "Our JDM Shipment is FINALLY arriving 5/3/06 and is being released from customs today. If you have a payment balance on your order it will be charged within the next 24hrs to guarantee the product ships before the weekend. Once our container arrives we will begin creating labels for all of the products you have been waiting for so that they ship out before this coming weekend." I have yet to see a charge, gotten a tracking #, or seen a part!!!! As much as I want to cancel my order, I just want the part. PLEASE ANTHONY!!

^crap... I was hoping I was the only one they were giving the run-around to regarding a refund!

In my situation, they "credited" the wrong account. This could be an honest mistake, but the bottom line is that I have no refund on either account in question and have recieved nothing but unfulfilled promises for a resolution.

I hope things work out for you Jerome. Sorry to hear that you have been effectively used as a interest-free "loan" for so long.
