I used emails, voice mails and forum posting. This behavior is inexcusable for a vendor. The only response I got was AFTER I canceled the credit card order.

order#---mauromotorsports-3239

I dont have anything nice to say about them. I ordered an uppipe on the 10th of april. I was billed on my credit card for it. I never recieved a shipping email. I have called many times and they never answer there phone. I have emailed them several times and never heard anything back. Its been over a month and still no uppipe. And my credit card still shows they billed me. Even if they send it now, I have moved to a different state. That is why I have been trying to get a hold of them. When I check the order status on it stills says pending. I would still like my uppipe, but its looking like I have to call my credit card company and tell them I was billed for something I did not recieve. I guess we will see what happends.

edit: Oh ya and when I ordered it they said i would take 3 to 5 days till i got it. And if they read this they can pm me to get my new address. If I dont hear anything back from them by friday of next week, i will call my cc company.

Angry mauromotorsports worst service ever!!!!!!

i cannot even begin to express how upset i am with mauromotorsports. i have been waiting on brake pads for about a month now. i thought it was over when i recieved a tracking number finally, but it wasnt. i got the package and it only had on set in it, and a note that said he had not shipped the others, and would get them out. that was about a week ago. I have a shiny new set of slotted brembos to put on but can't do to this service. anthony, i want what i ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weird, Anthony was great with me. He took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know, gave me a good price and shipped as quick as he could.

i personally know anthony and have bought many of my parts from him. yes sometimes his shipping takes a while, but you have to realize that it take sometime to get the parts via his supplier also as he doesnt carry much in stock. Anthony doesnt not screw around and does ship parts when he recieves them. i know a couple of times my parts took a few weeks to get but you just have to be patient.

prodrive02- i understand your feelings, but just give him the time so he can get the parts in, maybe the part you didnt recieve was backordered. anthony has many orders to process and ship, and he recognizes them all which is why he wrote you the note telling you the situation. call him up and speak with him, he is a great guy to deal with. you will get your parts though.

i personally know about 10+ other ppl here in the tri-state area that order a great deal of parts through him - i would recommend him any day to a fellow suby owner. through personal accounts - he has never messed up anything of mine or friends i know and i still to this day wll order my new turbo set-up from him or anything else. hopefully this may clear up a few things, if not give him a call and talk to him personally - only thing that can work.

i try to call, every day... u live near him, we live some distance away. u can go pick up your parts, we have to wait upwards of 3 months... 3 MONTHS!!! what online shops do that?? not even guys on ebay have ever been like this. its unacceptable and frankly myself and a lot of other people are tired. we all work everyday really hard for the money we paid for parts, my car hasnt ran in months cause of headers im waiting on. i could have ordered them from somewhere else (and will do so in the future) and would have had them in a week, at tops. if he doesnt have the parts in stock, say so online, other wise take them off the site, its misleading.

I should have read this thread before re-ordering with Mauro Motorsports...

Either Anthony is MIA, or just stopped responding to emails. But it seems that everyone is having the same shipping issues with Mauro, and that he gives the same explanation everytime: it's our suppliers fault, or I'm just too busy to get orders out the door.

As it's been stated before, just let people know what's going on with their parts. I know it may be difficult for a single person to respond to hundreds of emails and PM's a day, so consider the following: 1) try to get your parts out on time and you won't get so many emails inquiring about shipping status of parts and 2) hire someone to help you in the office. It's clear that you have a huge volume of people buying parts from you, and you're being overwhelmed with tracking parts, information, and schedules.

In my case, I ordered a RA skidplate from you on 5/3/06. My email confirmation said that my skidplate "Will Ship Within 24 hours" and that I'd recieve tracking information via email when it shipped. I get another email the next day, saying my order status has been updated, and I check the status and it's still the same as before. In fact, to this day the order still says "Will Ship Within 24 Hours" and I have not recieved any tracking information. Luckily not having this skidplate doesn't hinder me from driving my car so it's not as big an issue, but other people have ordered headers, injectors, etc... parts that they need to get their car running. I've sent 2 or 3 emails after with simple questions about my order, no response to any of them as of yet. You may have the products, but you most certainly lack in customer service.

*Note: I just checked Mauro Motorsports website and it says that he is out on a family occasion from May 17th - May 22nd.

Hi All,

For those of you who paid with a credit card - it is time to engage them. For those of you who are really P.O. time to start calling the police and charging mail fraud.
He has been less than truthful with me at every turn. The last situation was after 3 weeks of no activity and a final message that said I was canceling my order, I suddenely get a message that says they are on the way (rims) and I will need to call the credit card company back. Well I don't call them back, and there are no rims on the way...
Once again, there are ways of dealing with this and it just depends on wher you are in the PO scale...

Ok at first Anthony was great at Mauro, fixed my problem i had with some gauges not being in. Said he was gonna send them out right away (4-27) and its now 5-19 and they still aren't here!!! what the hell? Even if they DO come, this is the last time i do business with them. Crappy customer service, anyone can just give out promises if they don't really back them up!

Mauromotorsports is supposed to have a booth at the WBM (wicked big meet in MA) this weekend. I've got a feeling that if this is true he will get beat!

Those of you with any issues right now need to e-mail me or call me this coming week from 10-5pm EST.

If you have not received a part that you ordered then there has to be a good reason for that. As far as not hearing anything from Anthony...there's good reason for that too. If Anthony could respond on here right now he would, but since he's getting married tomorrow and has family coming in from all over the place he had to close the office last Wednesday until next week. Anthony will not be back in the office until May 31st when he gets back from his honeymoon.

However, I will be in the office this coming Monday while Anthony is gone and I will most certainly be able to help any of you who are waiting on parts or whatever it is you need. Please be patient and I'll do my best to make sure everyone is taken care of but right now it will be me and Anthony Sr. running the place until his return.

From what I have seen in the office there are no credit memo's that were not funded before he closed. I know he also had a whole mess of orders shipped out on this past Tuesday so if you're still missing tracking you really need to contact me so that we can straighten that out.

Thank you for your understanding. I will do my best to make sure everyone is satisfied while Ant is gone.

Well Greg, from this post, you sound 10X more professional than Anthony. Thanks for the update, but from the number of people that are already pissed off, I think your company has a lot of work to regain trust around here.

A little communication can go a long way with customer service - or just a little follow-up. It gives you that warm fuzzy feeling when you actually hear something about your status!

I know it must be difficult to run a business like this where you rely on drop ships etc., but communication is paramount.
