I was very happy with my purchase from Mauro Motorsports. They had the lowest price I could find on P1 springs for my GC6. Shipping was fast and free! Items were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely do business with Anthony again in the future.

Ok then Anthony I trust what you say as you have the best "feedback" from all the vendors, believe me I am not such kind of person and don't like to grizzle but so many coincidences...!
I contacted my credit card company and they'll answer me soonly about.

Jim, I am a neutral party in this but just want to share my experiences. I do lots of selling via Ebay. Well, I have an amazing amount of enquiries if I would ship to Canada. I said I would. However, when I went to USPS to send my items, the girl at the counter told me that there is no tracking numbers for any shipments going out of USA ... no tracking numbers out of USA shipments. I wasn't too sure, but the item was quite cheap and I took the risk. Well, the customer said they have not received the items yet ... and I had to spend more money to send via UPS or DHL just to get the tracking number. However, my item wasn't more than USD 3.00 and I just wanted to maintain my perfect EBay records. Subsequently, any enquiries to ship to Canada, I told them that I don't wanna trouble myself using UPS or DHL, but will use USPS. I told them that though I cannot provide tracking number, I can provide a certified receipt that I indeed did ship out 'said' product with 'said' weight to 'said' location. Almost all of them are ok with it, and thankfully, until now, I had not have a problem since.

In short, Anthony from Mauromotorsports was telling the truth that there is no shipping or tracking numbers, just some ack slip. Maybe for future shipments, just to be on the safe side, don't have it shipped via USPS no more.

Thanks Jin as miles away from USA I don't know the rules regarding shipping with USPS nor I want to defame Mauro that is - according to many reviews - one of the best vendors in Nasioc.
This is what others have been told me so may be is unfair for his company and I'd like to re-erect, I'll wait some more time and will see how it is going!
As already said this isn't the best place to argue and I like to stop it here if the problem remains I'll contact directly Anthony.

Well just looked at my credit card account (e-banking) and found a foreign record (actually approval) that can't confirm if it's charge or credit as I am waiting also some parts!

Yeah i ordered some wheels on the 30th of november. It is now the 23rd of December and they haven't even shipped it yet. I'm starting to get very upset as they have not replied to my phone call or emails. I just want to know what is going on, but its like the second they get your money they could care less about you.

Vic, I know you quoted this persons last fer posts, but if you notice he got everything on time and was happy about the purchase. Some items just take more time then others to ship out. It's been extrememly busy here the last two weeks. So please understand that we're doing out best to make sure all orders are settled in a timely manner.

I still do not have that tracking number and its now wednesday. I dont know if this means you haven't shipped it or just haven't sent me the tracking number, which you said you would do monday. I need to know what is going on because it has now been a month since i order the rota attacks in black and you waited 3 weeks to tell me you didn't have those and now it looks like im going to be waiting a long time to get these other wheels. I had planned on putting these wheels and my bbk on over break because i assumed 5 weeks would be plenty of time to get some wheels delivered, but apparently not. Give me a break here and just get them delivered. I have emailed you but this seems to be the only place you reply.

This is regarding my second order from Mauro Motorsports. My first one was at the end of November 2004 for a Prodrive (round tip) axleback muffler. That order was drop-shipped to me in California without me knowing it and I received it a lot sooner than I had expected...and didn't have to pay CA sales tax since Mauro Motorsports is based in NY!

With my most recent order, I ordered Prodrive springs, STi Group N strut tops, and OEM Subaru 4-pot front/2-pot rear brakes. I have been very pleased by their service and would recommend them to anyone I know who has a Subaru or other applicable vehicle.

I just wanted to add another bit of feedback on them. Absolutely great price, and because I'm on the east coast, shipping was ridiculously fast and cheap. I got a set of Prodrive springs and everyone came perfect. I'd definitely buy more stuff from them!
