EDIT - Anthony said he spoke w/ you via email. I don't have any PM'd in my mailbox from you though. We'll let you know when the next shipment arrives if we have enough to fill your pre-order.

Just so everyone is aware...we do not charge anyones credit card until the order will ship within 24hours or has already shipped. We ONLY authorize credit cards when orders are received...authorizing does not mean we have your money. It guarantees us the funds when the products are ready to ship.

Well I have and I have been waiting on my 800 cc injectors for over 4 months. You told me over email three weeks ago that they would be sent out in a couple days but I still havent got my tracking numbers or a response since then. This is stupid and you should get out what people have already paid for out so you wont have to deal wi sht. If you want pm me so I can get what I have paid for.

Email me at Greg@mauromotorsports.com and I'll forward your tracking information. It was sent via Fedex. I believe you ordered the incorrect injectors and then waited over a month to tell us that they we not correct and sent them back. We shipped out 800cc WRX injectors to you and they should be there this week.

I will like to share my first and last experience with Mauros.

Before anything,just so i make it very clear, everything is supossed to be ship to Florida ,not Costa Rica.

I ordered 1800 kudos on mods from mauros about 3 weeks ago,this was on Decenber the first.It was clearly showed on their site that all the parts ordered where avaliable for shipment the next bussines day.
I was charged right away for the full amount,not as mensioned above.
Didnt get an invoice untill December the 4th ,take a look :

It says it will ship in 2 or 3 days ,so , do i sound stuped or what.
I totally understand about delays on the AP, everybody knows about cobbs bulls... timelines but what about everything alse.

Later on ,when i first finded out about the delay on the AP release i spoke with Greg at Mauros and requested to have everything shipped besides the AP.Greg said no problem,you should have a tracking number by Monday 11th. Nothing happened.Then past Friday i spoke with Anthony and he requested extra time untill today so he can ship it all ,even the AP, all at once.Guess what ,they lied to me again.

Greg keeps telling me,he´s going to do something and nothing happends,so now my credit card company is placing a fraud claim.
When people order stuff on the net ,must of them consider if the stuff is actually avaliable ,and acording to that ,they decide if they want to wait or not for a part.

Read your e mails Greg, you always answer to me,no complains about that but i want to know the truth.

Many guys here are willing to play this bs game with u but not me, so i urge you return my money or ship the parts i allready pay 4.

I think we've apologized more then enough to you, but apparently you're still not satisfied. I think almost 90% of the emails you've sent to us have been threatening or nasty in some way. Why? You were well aware of the delay on COBB Accessports. EVERYTHING you ordered was marked as NOT instock and you were made WELL aware that there would be a delay. NOT instock means NOT instock! You were not charged for the full amount, but your card was AUTHORIZED for the full amount.

You seem to be all about sending us nasty emails yet you want a response 5 minutes after you send it. You wanted tracking the day after you ordered even though you knew that nothing was instock!

I don't know if you realize but you and everyone else in the country has been waiting on the COBB AP's to come out since the end of November. On top of that you REQUESTED that we send the least amount of packages as possible on your order.

Unfortunately backorders and manufacturer waits are something we cannot control, but to say we are commiting FRAUD and contacting your credit card company after you KNEW there were delays is simply unrealistic, impatient, and completely un-called for.

I'm sorry you are so unhappy with the situation, but to say that we didn't give you any information, lied to you, and commited fraud is just more slander against us and I cannot stand for it. It's unreal how people keep bashing us..even after we make the proper changes necessary to help our customers.

Stock on everything you ordered is clearly marked "NO" for inventory! ALL ORDERS ARE AUTHORIZED WHEN THEY COME THROUGH OUR SITE...THAT IS OUR POLICY AND THE POLICY OF MANY OTHER COMPANIES ON THE NET. AUTHORIZING DOES NOT MEAN IT'S CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT!

If there's still a problem then call us!

So does this make us thieves? Have we not made these changes to our operations since then? YES we have.

I'll say it again, we ONLY authorize credit card transactions unless they ship within 48hrs. This guarantees us the money when the part is ready to ship. Thanks for your response to this though Chris. You were a very good customer and we appreciate the business.

I mailed you a long time ago, giving instructions to ship anything you have and i was very open about you charging me more for the extra shipping.

Didnt i mensioned how i understand the delays on the AP.Dont use this on your favor cause anyone can see you are trying to get the rest of the stuff related to the AP.

Did i called you lier,yes i did ,i was fully charged for $1650 US dollars on December the second 2006,just got of the phone with the bank for double check,i got the paperwork to prove it.Forget about the 2 days i mensioned on the email i sended u yesterday ,we are going ahead with the fraud claim right now.

Dont expect people to be polaid with u and respect you if u dont do the same with them.

Not a big deal, just wondered why if you lived in FL you list Costa rRca. There are a lot of scammers here, more than you can ever imagine that use erroneous data on their profiles.

You don't owe anyone anything? I think you owe a guy that I met off of this forum some prodrive wheels after taking his $2600 or so. So is a class action suit impossible when his order is over a year old? You guys suck and I don't even want to mention my experience with you guys. You tell the same lies to everyone and pull the same BS and all of the negative stories here sound similar. But like said earlier, it's evident why there's no more vendor status. You guys claim to have changed your ways of taking money without it being shipped but why buy from a vendor w/o full confidence when you can buy from one of the many great vendors on NASIOC?

Greg, the DHL number u emailed me ,does not register on any DHL database worldwide. How do i know this,my cousing is the manager of DHL on my town. There are more complains about feak tracking numbers from other customers in this site,whats up with that,another coincidence

My bank is allready after u so i advice u to return my money at once .Since u are a yahoo store ,they are contacting the yahoo people to,no kidding men,u mess with the wrong guy.

The UPS tracking numbers given by u where real but there is a lot stuff missing.

Have a happy new year expending my money dude.

I had to wait longer than expected for my package also, and no response from e-mails. Other than that, good prices and carry a lot of nice products.

I purchased a Perrin air filter and Rally Armor mudflaps, was sent a tracking number but it would just say that it hasn't shipped yet and never updated. So I then tried e-mailing them trying to cancel my order but never got a response. Then a month later (might have been longer than that) I get a surprise e-mail with a tracking # for a package that actually showed it's process of shipping

Overall, I was a little upset and didn't want to deal with it as it wasn't too much money. Now I'm going to think twice about purchasing from there again. Not saying it's a bad company, I just had a bad experience as a first time buyer.
