We choose not to be a vendor here anymore because of the way this forum has become. We advertised on this forum for years without issue or problems. We have been in business as long as we have because of our service and prices, but there's always people with issues who feel the need to bash us publicly. I am apparantly out a significant amount of money as well - with one broken promise after another.

I placed a lot of trust in Anthony as I have met him in person and felt his word was good. Clearly that is not the case and I should have known better when I saw Dave Anton and SubieSport post.

I do not know what is going on at Mauro as I get no response to my emails - perhaps Anthony or Greg will read this and respond.

I operate under one simple tennant - I don't lie to my customers or my suppliers.

I'm disgusted and need to go take a shower.

I ordered an STI center differential for my wrx around middle November and it still has not been delivered. I have tried on several occasions to email you guys and have received no responses. I have tried to call you on several occasions and no one has answered. I ordered this part over the phone, so i never received a tracking number. I want to know where my part is or i want my money back. pm me back asap.

What in the hell is going on here? It just occured to me the high frequency this thread has been getting bumped the last couple of weeks and I never thought to come in and see why. This is shocking. I've done business with Mauro in the past and was very pleased.

I will say, Greg is still here. It's not like they have completely fallen off the face of the Earth. Good luck guys, I hope everything is made right.

It looks like we only have one center diff order and for a 5-speed..not sure if this is you. It was special ordered from Japan as you know. It should be in on the next container. You ordered through our site and not over the phone, but that's neither here nor there. Please email sales@mauromotorsports.com with your order number and full name and someone will give you the information you need.

I'm only working at Mauro part time now because I just received an internship to an accounting firm nearby, but you guys should know that Ant is working solo when I'm not around. I'm sure he will do everything possible to make sure that his customers are taken care of, but just give him some time to respond. If you don't get a response from me right away it's because i'm not in the office daily. Please when you're emailing me send a CC to sales@mauromotorsports.com as well so that it doesn't get left in my mailbox un-responded.

Greg, have you heard anything from GTSpec about getting the splitters in? They said they were expecting a container sometime in January so I was hoping you guys may have heard something.

After a month of disturbing comunication with Mauros from this member,my bank checked the transaction and returned my money at once.I was very open to delays on parts that were supossed to be ship out 3 bussiness days after the time of purchase on December the second and half of them still a no show.The half of the parts i got were shipped 3 weeks after the promised shipping date.

Thats why we are here for guys,to help each other in our suby golds and search for the fastest way to get there.Bad for me ,nobody is gonna give me back the month i wasted with Mauros.Do i still sound shady to you Jay-R.
Give to the Caesar what belongs to Caesar,thats the way we see it here in Costa Rica,i got nothing but bad things to say about Mauros but i also had post exellent reviews for another vendors who provided me with exellent service like subydude,world one perfomance and Jamie at subaru genuine parts.
The final view is allways up to you people,take chances with this vendor or choose from the many other nasioc vendors with an exellent service review.

-i purchased a set of 05 JDM Headlights back in May and never received the order. i tried calling and emailing for months now, but i have heard nothing. i spoke to anthony and he apologized about the "mixup" and said he will make sure they ship out asap. that was a couple months ago, still nothing.
the headlights were all set to go on one of our project cars (i work for import tuner magazine).

update: after this thread, the lights were shipped.

You ARE shady...even though you received the parts and we have proof and tracking...you or someone is claiming with their credit card that they did not "recognize the transaction" for $1647.40. Ok so you received everything but the spark plugs and now you're trying to scam us out of $1600??? You know what this looks like on our end? That card was probably stolen and the "real" cardholder doesn't recognize the transaction. Or you set this whole thing up so that you get to keep both.

You're in Costa Rica, but the parts were delivered to Florida???? Costa Rica was not mentioned at all in your online order for a billing address...only Florida. Something is up here Oscar. I think you're trying to keep the parts AND the money. Then to post up on here that you're unhappy??? Something is up and it doesn't smell right.

I looked up all of our JDM STi headlight orders from May and I have one left open so I'm guessing that's you. We have had a couple of sets come through here since then and tried contacting you by phone as well and even left YOU messages. So obviously there's a communication issue here. So before you think we're skipping out to mexico try dropping us an email and we'll take care of the situation. Why would you wait this long to contact us????

We also tried emailing you this morning and the email was returned. It's difficult to contact you if the phone number and email we have is not correct....and please don't say you've been emailing and calling us since May, because it's impossible that we would let this go this long.

I will make sure you dont get a dime out of me.This guy is amazing,he takes your money,plays arround with you for as long as he can and then ,when things get ugly, he pretends to send something to you with an AirWay bill and buy himself some more time.
This thread speak by itself,too many people complaining about the same stuff ,even vendors.That really smells bad.
Mauro is obiously about to loose his bussiness,his end is near by.Everything looks like he is trying to get as much money as possible and then hit the road.Probably he keeps running his backyard sale with our money.

Your NASIOC reputation is gone, and from now on ,my mission in life is gonna make yours miserable.
I wont waste any more time on you,the next time i post in here will be to show everybody how credomatic takes care of you.

be prepaired to either order... and wait for 3 - 4 months for your order IF and WHEN they finally get it shipped from wherever this place drop ships there stuff from.

this place is all sorts of shady. and no matter what you get mad at them for... there is ALWASE a counter excuse making you.. the customer.. look like an azz and the company like there being damaged by your horrible accusations.

who in there right mind would get upset having hundreds of dollars tied up for a few moths at a time... with a company constantly telling them it' on the way.

so someone scams you back... who gives a crap.... good on them for getting paid for the time you've robbed them of... when those promises could have been filled by an actual company. The only good that comes out of this is that people learn to apreciate other companys far better.

I have no bones about putting up a warning banner about our wonderful experiance with this company at sema this year....
have a good one and sorry about everyones loss. file for a class action lawsuit... it's your safest bet to see your money.
