Hey,

I'm looking for an update on my chargespeed pieces that i ordered 9 months ago... Ant told me they had come in 4 weeks ago and would tell me when to pick them up. but i have heard nothing...

NO email responses
NO PM responses from him
Nothing in over a month! since i heard they were in from him.

Please let me know whats going on

all i want is the parts i ordered or my money back simple as that.

i dont want to be forced to take any legal action i know ant's a good guy, but just tell me whats going on! and refund my money or get me the parts...

just a follow up on my order status, the forum seemed to be the best place to contact Mauro. Once I posted here, I received a UPS tracking number and the order was sent out asap. Greg was cool once I posted, but it just sucked waiting almost 9 months to recieve my order. I'm just so relieved that my $600 didnt disappear.

well currently greg hasnt bothered to help resolve our issue......refund my money, in either case my cc company is suppost to be getting it back......i just feel bad i have to send them out to return my money from ANOTHER poor vendor

and Ill also like to say if i had seen this thread when i was about to order my exhaust from mauro i would of looked elsewhere....not for the negative feedback totally....but for the arrogant and selfish comments by greg. I dont care if u resolved all the issues.....ppl should still know it happened and yall slipped up......dont tell ppl to edit their negative posts......just simple say it was resolved FINALLY

now...RESOLVE MINE!

Weird that I see all of this about Mauro, I ordered a complete exhuast setup a long while back and the order was flawless. I even ordered a Greddy exhaust from them that has been discontinued and was next to impossible to find for a Camry not long ago. They called some places and found one for me when nobody else could, and the order was shipped without problems. Maybe it just doesnt work out for some I guess, but I haven't ever had a problem.

You special ordered an exhaust and have been badmouthing us about it all over this forum....lets get the facts straight please...we didn't charge your account but you paid with paypal and it automatically gets debited from your card as soon as you placed the order...nothing we can do to control that. Once the exhaust comes in from our supplier the problem is solved, but the special order is in place...end of story.

EDIT- Shipment arrived today Lee. Shipping fedex as we explained to you when you orignailly ordered. It's been exactly 2-3 weeks like we had told you.

Because we don't really suck...it's just when people special order parts they're impatient...then they read this crap and then think they're getting ripped off.

Guys I only work at Mauro part time now since I'm interning at an accounting firm for college and Anthony has been running the entire place himself. If you email me I won't get it for a few days. All you need to do is drop him an Email and I'm sure he'll get to you, but back up and be patient.

If you didn't get the part yet I'm sure there's a good reason and it's not because he doesn't want to ship it out to you! Chances are it's not available!

Noone ever said it was instock...noone is still claiming it is. It was special ordered from the manufacturer. Paypal runs all of our online credit card transactions through their merchant services. Noone is being rude...it's when posts like this come up that are untrue that ticks me off. So I apologize for the inconvenience, but facts are facts. If you still have an issue I suggest PMing me or emailing the owner of the company directly.

Ive made SEVERAL emails and phone calls, my cc company have all of them on hard copy….plus my phone records of the calls I made to u guys with only a answering machine and no reply………..the website states is ships in 5-7 days….so im lost…..where is this special order coming from?



Like I told u, ive spoken to TANABE USA and several of their distributors…unless u have it in stock….ur not getting one…..

I have a suggestion to alleviate all of this BS. I suggest that on several high profile locations on your website you state that:

"ATTENTION - IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL RECIEVE YOUR PRODUCT A.S.AP. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY TWO PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL HAVE THE TIME TO RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS OR CALLS. iF YOU DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM US PLEASE ASSUME THAT YOUR MONEY IS RECIEVED AND YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED."

I know...your thinking "why would we do such a stupid thing? Noone would ever order from us if they knew this!" EXACTLY! Effective communication goes a long way. I have been reading this thread for what seems like years and the theme of a continuous lack of communication jumps out at me and poked my eyes out!

Greg, as a former business owner.......i would have fired you a long time ago. You sit here and with heavy sarcasm and arrogance, run around spitting your dibberish and then to top it off, u post up customers personal info? Talk to your boss Anthony and he will tell you that i told him i would come on here and clean the situation we had. Yet i come here to find u doing one last childish thing, like u need to take that last stab of stupidity with u? I recommend the same thing riSTI stated, get your communication in check and do a overhaul on your "customer service". Dont sit here and take what i told you in pm (you being very rude to your customers) and try to push it on me like im somehow supposed to be nice and pleasant to someone with about as much common sense as a rock. What makes me more sick is that I was actually going come on here and simple wish the best for you guys, but i can only hope Anthony does a overhaul on his "staff" and cleans up the loose ends......

Best of luck to the forum members with outstanding transactions with Mauromotosports, i recommend u contact anthony over this douche bag, the guy clearly has enough common sense to not degrade his customers and/or POTIENTAL customers on this forum or other place.....

As of now, Anthony sent my refund to the correct paypal account and my dispuse is settled.

I am still waiting for the refund you keep promising me for the Advan rims. Again, it's sad that the only way to get you guys to respond is to post negatively on forums such as this. It's going on two years since I originally placed this order - this is ridiculous!! Please respond with an immediate refund - not another lie!! I expect to hear from you promptly.

I will not go away until this matter is resolved...

We have a few special order wheels that have taken way longer then expected. Aaron as far as I know Anthony has already made the proper arrangements to get your refund to you. It has not been two years but either way it's much longer then anyone could possibly anticipate.

Gforce - I publicly apologize for my behavior. It's just that this entire forum has turned against the company and that we have a lot of happy customers that are afraid to even post here because they don't want to be antagonized by the few people who've had issues. Whether you believe it or not 99% of all of our online orders are processed in shipped in 24-48hrs. There are always going to be items that take time and we take the time to bring this to the customer's attention.

Ask EJ20_lee, the very same day he ordered we told him it would take around 2-3 weeks for us to get him the part he wanted and that we needed to special order it for him. He agreed to this, but probably came on here and thinks he's getting scammed after reading all of this. Well..here we are week three and Lee has tracking info.

DannyP - you posted on here and I immediately took charge and got you tracking for the mistake we made. We had a phone number for you that was not working and email that was getting kicked back to us...no possible way to even contact you, but because you did here we were able to get your parts to you asap.

I do everything I can to help out, but it seems like a lot of guys on here just read this "gibberish" and are quick to make assumptions. The fact of the matter is that Ant runs a good business and has made mistakes in the past that are slowly being resolved. We say it all the time...too big...too fast...and not enough help.

Thanks again...I look forward to solving more problems soon.

^^^ Greg and Anthony are top notch people and communicate with me anytime I email them.
I recently placed a pretty large $ order (2 months ago) and knew this upfront. I ordered some special order parts from Japan that will be inshortly. They have been keeping me up to date with the status.
As I have previously stated when you order "special order" parts you have to be patient. I am sure that they must have explained all of this to you as you placed your order.
Before placing the current order I pm'd. emailed and the last step telephoned them to ensure the order was being placed correctly and to assure them that I will be happy if it takes a few months.
So current customers and new customers should not worry about all the negative things being said, it is mostly the same members bashing them even after refunds or parts have been received.
Remember there is always two sides to every story.

Ive had nothing but great service from Mauro. I never had any problems getting information, Anthony and Greg were quick to respond to my emails and gave me everything I needed. I will be more than happy to buy parts from mauro in the future. Thanks guys for the service, speed and quality.

Sadly, you guys left me out to dry...u never contacted me to tell me it was special order and i got nothing from you guys until my gf called while i was away and u told her that....so when i come home and she says its special order and i would see the exhuast in feb. i immediately called u guys....since clearly on the website it doesnt state anything about special order and i got no email from u guys stating that in the 2 months we had already waited....but u never pick up phones or answered emails.....i dont need to put a log on here of all the emails and calls i made like i did for my cc company...i just recommend to hit that 100% and hire a few more ppl to cover the email and phones better......im not gonna run aorund and tell ppl "MAUROMOTORSPORTS SUXS, THEY SCREWED ME!!!!" but what happen happen and no shop is perfect, fix the situtation and everything is kosher on my end so im gravy.......its like buyin a chinese auto part off ebay.....some are awesome and work better then the name brands......others blow up just lookin at it. I just wish i was a happy customer that got better service on my end like some of these guys from the beginning and not only at the end.
