just to make this clear once and for all.....ive ordered special order items in the past.....from hks coilovers for a 240sx (before the drift craze and parts were hard to find here) to car models from hong kong....i waited 8 months for wide body fenders for my 240sx !! but the shop told me when i called and ordered that it was a long wait....and the same shop called me every few weeks with an update....they kept me in the loop......on my order with Mauromotorsports, i was never told it was special order until almost 2 months after the order when my gf called them while i was out of the country to see y the exhuast that was suppost to take 5-7 days to ship hadnt come, which was the only contact i ever had with them besides automated yahoo emails with a tracking number that said the exhuast was gonna ship in 5-7 days...when i returned 4 days later to call and cancel the order....since when i made the order it stated it was gonnna ship in 5-7 days on their paypal store, it never said special order anywhere, i tried to call....and call.. .....and call...and emailed like 5 times......the only contact i ever had with mauro besides this board was the one call my gf made to greg apparently. being that i work in the engineering business and deal with clients that what their **** when they want it and deadlines always change......im the type of person to not run around looking for heads, but when u put ur money up for something and never hear a word from the person holdin that money, its not cool. If i told a client im gonna get somehting done by 1-2 weeks and its two months later with no product and $1.3 mil of their money.....id have a lawyer up my ass. Case in point......dont attack the ppl that want their transactions resolved......make ur case for how ur transaction went good and be done.......cus YOU dont know their side....and u can only judge Mauro from ur experience.....ur opinion on their transaction is mute...and worthless......

on a side note......until this bs on the forum came up.......i was simply gonna let me cc handle it.......but hell.....the net is a strong tool to handle business...dont u agree? Oh and its not the customers problem to CONTACT THE BUSINESS to check status on anything.....if u have a business u bust ur ass to make the customer happy from start to finish........the funny thing is....i called mauromotorsports the day i ordered the exhuast and no one picked up.....so i went online and ordered it through the store...saw the 5-7 days shippin and was happy to know my gf would get her exhuast by x-mas....got my automated email confirmation.....waited for almost 2 months....even thou it said 5-7 days.....before we even tried to call them....funny.......

Well, I didnt make a personal attack against you, but since you want to go there.
If you actually was suppossed to get an item in 5-7 days and you didnt receive it, it is your fault for waiting 2 months. What to hell did you think was happening? If they were really scamming they would have walked away with your $ and you would have no way of knowing.
Your entire situation could have been resolved by a simple phone call earlier instead of waiting the 2 months and then bashing Mauro for it.
I have always received quick replies from Maura ( both Anthony and Greg) whenever I EMAIL them on their site. Not posting up my business here on a forum because my stupid ass waited months before contacting them.
You probably cant imagine the number of emails that they receive a day doing business with alot of consumers from every make and model of vehicle out there.
I didnt attack anybody in any of my posts here so you can take it FWIW... If the shoe fits.

Who did you deal with? Anthony? He's notorious for being slow to respond. Try giving him a day or so. You never know. He could be out of town or something. If you don't hear back by Friday, then !md be pissed.

There's already a long thread regarding Mauromotorsports. Anthony takes a while to respond sometimes, but he is usually very good at responding eventually. Send him another e-mail and also send it to Greg, someone will get back to you if you get it to both of them.

^^ Telephone number is on their site, I always get replies to emails I send. The last message I received 2 days ago is that Anthony is busy checking on shipments that is in US customs.

I am amazed with the fact that people are still complaining about Mauro in here I mean you would think it would get to the point were their service is so ****ty that nobody would buy anything from them, but I guess I was wrong.

Well Anthony the day is here were I can say you lost 10K of business from me. I have ordered UR GT30R kit, PE 850cc injectors, Perrin FMIC, Perrin fuel rails, walbro fuel pump, HKS EVC, tial BOV, cobb street tuner, ACT clutch with streetlite flywheel, Cobb AP, HKS carbon ti, Tien basic coilovers and many other parts from the past. I'm sorry but I just had to take the opportunity to rub this in your face and if I get banned for it then it's well worth it to me.
you should try to dedicate yourself to a little better service and calling more people back then maybe you will have a little extra dough to play with and maybe get some good reviews from past customers. thank god I am not a past customer because I don't know what I would do with my self knowing I gave the most unreliable person(Anthony Mauro) any of my money.
