P.S. remember this

Well Anthony the day is here were I can say you lost 10K of business from me. I have ordered UR GT30R kit, PE 850cc injectors, Perrin FMIC, Perrin fuel rails, walbro fuel pump, HKS EVC, tial BOV, cobb street tuner, ACT clutch with streetlite flywheel, Cobb AP, HKS carbon ti, Tien basic coilovers and many other parts from the past. I'm sorry but I just had to take the opportunity to rub this in your face and if I get banned for it then it's well worth it to me.
you should try to dedicate yourself to a little better service and calling more people back then maybe you will have a little extra dough to play with and maybe get some good reviews from past customers. thank god I am not a past customer because I don't know what I would do with my self knowing I gave the most unreliable person(Anthony Mauro) any of my money.
Congradulations on the accomplishments.

Updates, please.
Anthony emailed you about this issue and has already taken care of a refund on your 50% deposit. We're no longer selling this particular item due to the rise in MSRP which are way overpriced for a muffler. We are now ONLY selling the SPT (genome style) muffler which is around $600 MSRP.

Default Anthony: Refund on Advan Rims

I hope you understand my persistence, this is simply taking too long to get my refund. Since my last post here, I have emailed Anthony several times - shocker! - no reply. I understand you are trying to get your funds back from Mackin Industries but, for me to have to wait ANOTHER undetermined amount of time, then post ANOTHER post here simply to get the same reply "Anthony's working on it" is a bunch of bs. Please, I ask that you contact me with an actual resolve - I know it sounds pretty tough but, don't you think its the least you could do!!

Kudos to Anthony and Gregg once again at Mauromotorsports. They came through for me with a Front and Rear Lip set for my 04 Wagon even after all others said it couldnt be ordered.
As I have spoke of in the past, these items were not an overnight express, they had to be special ordered from Subaru of Japan. I knew up front from Gregg that these parts would take at least two months and possibly longer, but as I told Anthony and Gregg time didnt matter. I gave them my deposit, actually more than they asked me for ( reluctantly they accepted my $), they told me " they didnt want that much of a deposit in case there were problems getting the parts."
Well Anthony kept me informed every step, every now and then I would get an email and every now and then I would email them. Once the parts were in they billed me as agreed. It took the shipping container at least a couple weeks to clear customs, but today this is what I got. Exactly what I ordered and pre painted to match the wagon.
For all of you that "claim" to have problems with your orders I would say communication is the key. Everytime I contacted Anthony or Gregg they would reply, even when I left them messages.
All of this bashing BS could easily be rectified through propper communication. They have asked all of you to email them as their preferred contact method, however you still post garbage up here.
When you order do as I did, ask them up front about how long it will take to receive your item. KEY WORD (about) esp. if yours is special ordered like mine. There are certain things like customs leaving Japan and US customs while entering the US, weather and ships, uncontrollable at Anthony's level.
I entrusted Anthony with over $1000 again and he delivered. I ask you guys to do everyone a favor and contact Anthony through his sales@mauro.... account, and resolve your disputes peacefully. Thanks, vendors like them are our keys to the JDM world, there are no lip kits currently in the US for 04+ wagons.
Once again thank you Anthony and Gregg.

though i would drop by to see how anthony was handling the other issues, its good to see at least one customer is getting the communication a business-customer transaction needs. However, Jay-r.....stop stuffing sand in ur vage. You sound like a smart man, u think half these people would be bitching on here if they actually got a reply back from mauro and some action? It is dishearting that i needed this site to get a reply from anthony, but he came through in the end and was a good guy that apologized for the lack of communication and for greg's ignorance. However bad my experience was, have some intellegence and stop bashing ppl that didnt have the same experience as you. You dont see me bashing you for ur experience, saying ur lieing or whatever. Im sure other ppl that get their issues handled will get on here and do what i did and settle the issue for future business of maruo, we dont need you on here going around repping mauro for the sake of the better good of their business and act like you know how every transaction with mauro is just customers that are idiots......chill out and leave other transactions to the ppl stuck in them....you have no idea whats going on and the more u bash and act like you do...the more like greg you look aka just ignorant.

best of luck to everyone with issues still and the ones that had smooth transactions.....

Deleted my response your not worth any points.
I just informed everyone that they are not thieves, if they were they would have ran off with my $. Thats all, communication is the most important part, like I said I never had any problems emailing them or them emailing me.

^^ My response was not going to be a friendly one to you, i think you are being a tool to this thread. Your business was taken care of, you posted your crap, so you should stay out of this thread, your just trying to keep the mess going.
Take your 200 posts and unless you do further business with Anthony stay out.
I only posted my opinions and after doing business with them.

Well since you seem to be able to reach him would you mind asking him to pay his bill from last year?

Sorry to hear of your issue, though unfortunately it does not seem to be isolated. I've been waiting on a GTSpec splitter since September, but turns out GTSpec had issues manufacturing them (called GTSpec a couple different times to confirm). They're supposed to be up and making them again now, so we'll see how things go from here. I have my fingers crossed that mine was just an issue with ordering a "special" part, or at least special at the time since GTSpec had an inopportune time to lose their manufacturing ability.

Ordered 2 small items from Mauro on Feb. 1st. One was in stock, the other they said they could get in stock within a week. I haven't heard back from them in over 2+ weeks and I send around 2-4 e-mails every week.

Just wanted to thank Anthony for promptly answering all of my questions regarding the Perrin inlet and Typhoon SRI. One item was 2 or 3 days out of stock, so he actually called to let me know that it will come later and offered to overnight the item to me.

That's good service.

I've called you guys several times and nobody picks up. Nobody seems to be answering the dozens of e-mails I've sent off either. I paid in full for my parts on February 1st and it's almost April now...

Can someone from Mauro please contact me? PM or e-mail... thanks.

I strongly warn everyone about doing business with Anthony Mauro. He has been holding $1975.00 of my money for well over a year.

Nothing but lies comes out of this guys mouth. He has an excuse for everything.

He has been stringing me along for over 3 months now with regard to a refund.

We are making progress though... Two weeks ago he actually instructed me to issue a paypal payment request to his "other company"... although now that I've done it, he has once again gone to ground, failing to communicate in any way.

It all just reeks of fraud.

I am a c-hair away from involving the Department of Justice.

The criminal that is Anthony Mauro has disappeared.

Has anyone had any recent correspondance with this guy? or has he finally been shipped off to jail?

...or maybe pressure from all the bill collectors has finally reached the breaking point.

Myself and MANY others are still owed THOUSANDS of dollars.

Pay your debts you f-ing lowlife.

Just an update on my case:

My calls finally started getting answered last week. Anthony Sr. (father) looked into my order and it turns out it wasn't even in the records. But my PayPal account showed that I had paid the money, so he looked into it for me and sorted it out.

He shipped my item last week and I got it today. There was one other item that he did not have in stock, but I told him to refund my money since I did not feel like waiting any longer, and he did so promptly.

So, long story short, I paid for my parts on Feb 1st 2007, communications failed up until last week where I finally got through to Anthony Sr. by phone, then got 1 of my 2 parts today and got the 2nd part refunded.
