I have to say one of the best vendors ever. Awesome customer service and also the best prices. Is honest about arrival time of parts and will always give you a good deal.
Very informative as well about Subaru Products. Great job Mauromotorsports!

Ordered parts for Mauro Motorsports in the beginning of Feb. He charged card for parts and 3 day shipping for parts that were not in the country yet. Wasn't a "group buy". After near 6 weeks of waiting cancelled order. Was to credit a month ago... has not happened. Doesn't respond to email nor answer phone. Suggest one patronizes with due diligence.

I actually thanked him recently for NOT pushing me to buy some rims when I was considering upgrading a set.

Who are you and what was your order for???? Most likely it was special ordered if we charged the credit card and obviously the item was backordered if it was 6 weeks and it didn't arrive. Also, what e-mail address are you e-mailing because I get over 100 e-mails a day easily and try to get to everyone quickly. Please PM me, e-mail me, or even call me!

Hey these things happen Gunnar (spooz)...it's called backorder. Don't worry though because i didn't forget about your order last year. But welcome to the world of aftermarket where parts are instock one day and backordered for weeks the next. Sometimes people wait months for wheels, hoods, body kits, and yes even brake kits. Timing is everything really.

Some parts normally take 3-4 weeks to get in, but then a manufacturer lands a bomb on you that they won't have completed products for an extra 4-5 weeks...then 4-5 weeks later...they tell you another 2-3 weeks. Typical in this industry, but customers get nervous and think they're being ripped off because (A) the vendor has the customer's funds and (B) there is an ton of fraud out there. This is why we've adopted several changes to orders like this...especially after having customers who are impatient get angry to the point where they threaten us...that's always fun.

Basically if it's a part we do not have on hand or something we know will take a few weeks/months to ship...then we take a deposit. In the past we would take the full amount for special orders, but for obvious reasons this isn't the way to go. Wheels/Motors/Body Kits/Hoods/Trunks/etc. are now 50% deposit upfront and 50% when the item ships. STi special order parts are $100 deposits and the balance when the item ships. Much more gentle on our customers wallets and gives them some piece of mind.

Lastly, and this is for Mr. Spooz, if my memory serves me...being that you ordered over a year ago... I remember that in order to make you smile we had your Stoptech BBK Fedex Expedited, which is 2 50lb boxes shipped to you in Norway, paid over $250 in shipping charges for you when you paid $150, AND paid your paypal fee to us out of our pocket to make YOU, the customer...happy Yes I understand you waited a long time, but you cannot say i didn't try to make sure you were satisfied.

I have my stuff shipped to me (Netherlands, Europe) by bax global.

You can track the parcels in such a detail you actually get the flightnumbers and type of earoplane it is in and their departure/arrival times.

I have places an inquiry for a perrin fmic, airinlet and a swaybar twice with these guys, but not a single responce came back.

And please don't tell me it got lost in the many mails..

NOT pleased with this vendor.

P.S alot of us vendors don't respond to intl. inquiries, who can help me to a nice adress for perrin fmic, ram and rear sway?? Who actually ship with reasonable prices? (like gruppe-s but they don't have this stuff this time )

Sorry I don't ship overseas...not pleased with that? Then please try another vendor. I've had way too many problems with Euro orders that it's not worth the extra hassle...especially when dealing with overseas credit cards. The reasons a lot of us U.S. vendors do not respond to overseas inquiries is because it's more trouble then anything else. Merchant services can shut down our accounts at any time if they see transactions from overseas simply because of the amount of risk involved. Sorry you are so displeased

Unhappy Can ANY ONE HELP ME IN HERE??? PLEASE!

Hi im new to this forum...IM From Toronto...and i need some feed back from you guys.
Last week i had puchase a turbo online in this store here. mauromotorsports. And I had choose the shippment for senting the turbo to me with in 1 to 2 business days..BUT now its been a week. And i had try to call them and email them alot of times but i got no reply. Do anyone know what can i do?and how else i can be contact them? Im kind of worrie..
