N/M. It doesn't matter. It's just beating a dead horse. Point is, I've been dicked around by enough vendors to know that a breakdown in communication will turn a good deal sour pretty quick.

Rick,

Please check your PM and get back to me. All I have to say is that I bent over completely backwards on this order, paid expensive overnight charges for your parts out of our pocket, and got you the clutch and flywheel you needed ON time as you requested. Never was it written down or discussed that everything else needed to arrive by the 20th so they shipped out ground.

The clutch disc is just a case of bad luck on both our parts. Most vendors would want the bad disc back then ship out a new one, but yet again I tried to help YOU and had one overnighted this past Friday from one of our distributors who LUCKILY had one instock. Now here I am having to explain this issue to the Nasioc community when you know well enough that I'm not out to "screw" anyone on these boards. Never have never will.

"Feelings of being bothered," I've not been upset with you or your wife over the phone EVER, nor would I act that way towards a customer. Friday was an extremely busy day for us and we had to also help you fix this issue. So maybe you sensed some frustration on our end.

"No clue when the clutch would arrive," my distributor said they were overnight the disc since we had asked them to. Friday the clutch shipped out exactly as I had asked them to, which was discussed with your wife over the phone at 4:30pm or so on Friday. I don't get any tracking numbers from this particular distributor until late friday night when their e-mails go out. I'm positive it shipped out though since I had given my rep a hard time about making sure this item shipped out.

Rick, do me a favor and call me monday morning if you'd like to discuss this issue further. I shouldn't have to describe this issue over the internet on my day off, but here I am. As a vendor on this forum I realize this is to help the consumer find vendors that do 100% for the customer, but there are always bumps along the way. I wish with the customers that have had great results with our company would post on here. They know I ALWAYS do my best to make sure the consumer is taken care of. Give me a ring if you have questions

Anthony, I did not mean to ruin any sort of reputation for you. I merely was trying to get a 100% clear answer. Chances are that communication between you and I were not clear on both sides.

You did give me a great deal, which I stated in the original post, the problem was with the clutch...which is NOT your fault, which again I stated.

I also said that my experience was good with you as a vendor, and that I was really just racking it up as bad luck on my part.

You did nothing that was wrong, which is why I posted the original post stating this was a rant, and to take it for what you will. I do believe I was honest with things, and I went and checked all the old PMs and eMails just to see if I missed something.

I will PM you about a couple things, so let me clarify the following:

Anthony is a good vendor, gives good deals, and I have not had a problem with getting in communication with him.

i needed injectors asap, and got them in less then a week wheh nobody said it could be done. thanks ANT. they been sitting on MY STAIRS longer, then the time it took to get them. LOL
