Does anyone have a clutch for me. Please!

Here is the deal. My stock clutch is dead. I need to buy a new one but I really can't afford it. Does anyone that upgraded their clutch still have a reasonable mileage stock one laying around? Since I can't warranty mine (duh!) I also need to pay for labor. I don't feel like spending 2 days wrestling with my tranny.

So anyway does anyone have a pretty good clutch for me? I would love you forever and ever.

I have a stock wrx clutch I got from my swap. The person I bought it from said the engine had around 15,000 miles on it. I dont need it since I have an upgraded clutch on the way soon. I can take pics of it. I'll do $75 shipped thats for clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. You can PM me if you want. Just provide your email address and I will send pics.

I would at least try the dealer, whats the worst that could happen....you never now unless you try. I talked to them last summer about clutch replacement and it seemed like they would when or if mine went.

I've already talked to Ben and he can't do anything for me. I'm way past the clutch warranty. The only thing I could do is try a flywheel chatter warranty somewhere else.

AndyM: I keep you in mind but I'll probably just end up buying a new one.

let me know the disc is still in good shape no hot spots on the pressure plate

Seth - I've got an STi one that Ben currently has. I'll let it go for the price of dinner/drinks and a couple rounds of K2K for both Ben and I.

I'm not gonna do anything with it so it's all yours brotha man.

Just get it from Ben since I'm out of town right now and won't see you until probably Sunday. Are you going to that meet in Bloomfield or wherever it is???
