Question Got Rice?

i just wanted to know how you would define a ricer?...is it based on the car, the driver, or both? just want to see how many different responses i get.

Well, as far as cars go, anything that makes a car look fast without helping it go faster increases a car's rice quotient. Yes, the scoop and vents as they come stock are this way. (And you can make them fully functional, which is why they don't count as much as some other things)

As for drivers, if he's wearing a racing coverall and gloves for his daily commute, I'd say Uncle Ben is in his lineage.

rice.. is... big (huge) spoilers on fwd cars that could never serve any purpose. weird vents, fender flairs, pink paint, and stickers from every aftermarket manufacturer under the sun that is not a part of that cars aftermarket makeup... that, my friend, is rice.

ok. rice is all driver. its the driver that rices the car out. the car doesnt rice its self out. it the drive thats the moron not the car.
