Have a Nice Day? Grounding mod

Ok , I've been reading about people saying that grounding mods do not improve any performance , and some that say it does. There a companies, like HKS , Subydude, and other that make grounding kit. Do any of these work? Pros and cons of this mod are?

I own a 2004 wrx

its been coverd.. a search for 'grounding mod' will find a crap load of threads.

bottom line... if you happen to have poor grounding from the factory, it will help you, but if your car already has good grounding, then you won't notice anything. I put it on my car, just because.
I have the subydude 'kit'
