Exclamation 2002 WRX Morette headlight issue

Brights
Low beams

Where should I start? All the bulbs are fresh and good.

So you are losing the low beam passenger side and the high beam drivers turns on when lights are on?

Has to be a wiring issue. I know there is a wiring diagram on nasioc for morettes.

weird b/c on high beam i have the same thing happen to me also for low beam try and replace the 15v fuse by the battery
