Subaru Stars GFB pulley kits, pros and cons and how to install

I need help. Pros and Cons for GFB pulley kit on a 02 2.5 rs..

i had them installed at a shop.
improvement in throttle response, small Improvement in low end accel. but most noticable was an improvement from 4,000 up.

cons- my lights dim slightly at idle(barely noticable), and the ac takes slightly longer to cool the car(i hate using my ac! id rather have the windows open).
