Post Pics of my new colored carbon fiber dash kit installed!!

I just got this kit the other day and decided today would be a good day to install it. Its real carbon fiber but the pics kind of wash out the detail. Really neat looking haven't installed all the pieces yet.. not sure if i'm gonna.

Hey, i love what you did with that gauge pack. Is there a way, though to easily get a replacement lid, so i could turn the top back into a cubby if i wanted?

It looks nice but I like the kit I got from Torasport. It has more pieces then that to it, is simple to install, cheap compared to others(like factory), and is also real carbon fiber. Only downside is I only think they make it in real carbo fiber without added coloring(meaning gray/black), silver parts, and wood finish. I would verify with them.I don't have pics right now but will try to get some up. Call them from their adds in Sport Compact Car or another performence maz.

jgard18.
trying to figure out if your joking or not.

but you can get the stock cubby from the dealer as a part or try to get one from someone who did the swap to S-AFC or something.

wraithmk3,
it has more pieces 9 (i think) to go on.. not sureif i'm gonna use them. I don't want it to look ricey.. well ricey-er

i talked to the guy who i bought it from about a group buy for $134.00 (shipped). All real carbon red (like mine), blue, yellow, black and also real alumnium.

Only one thing.. the door pieces didn't fit they are for a four door i think. i've already emailed him about and he is gonna try and get me the right pieces, even if he can't i'm still happy. The fit and finish is great the color is much different from the pics, in real life it is much "deeper", i love it.

I'll keep you guys posted about the group buy.. and i'll try to get a shadow diagram of the kit.

jgard18,
you don't really have to give me credit (you can if you want ). the gauge pack installs very nicely under the head unit... the head unit was a bit tricky though. are you going to make the next NESIC meeting? I'll show it to you then if you decide/can go.

Have a Nice Day?

Sev, I can't tell if you're showing off my blue CF, or making fun of me :/

For those who don't know, the blue CF picture he posted is my car... Yes, I would rather have a form fitted set, but I am happy with the 2-dimensional pieces for their price... Recently, I have thought about re-doing it with folia-tec Blue CF style interior vinyl...

Anyway, that is a bad picture... I'll just have to get better ones one of these days...

Gracious! What's with the red carbon? It looks so out of place in the black interior! Looks like lipstick!

And the gauge pic with the fuzzy looking....what the hell is that? The white gauges disappear in that mess!

It's my opinion so please don't feel offended.

I've got the Real Carbon fiber stick-on kit in my car. Burr101- It looks better with all the pieces on, trust me. I got my kit from www.exoticwooddash.com. Buy the 2000 kit. Dont mess with the 96-up one. It doesnt fit our dash.
