Lightbulb Lets see those Satellite Radio pics!!

I want to see add-on units and in-dash units. Im trying to decide which one I want. On one side the in-dash is nice clean install, but an add-on can give you the ability to take the satellite radio inside your home or office. So lets see those pics!!!

Mine's just wedged inside the ashtray. It works until I decide on something else.

I can't even decide if I'm going to keep XM...

get rid of the XM and go with something a little more SIRIUS. I have mine mounted in the change bin in front of the ashtray and cig lighter. it fits perfect and looks pretty nice

I have the Alpine 9820XM - bult in XM tuner - just need to add an antenna. This way, my AUX input is reserved for my MP3 player.

Well, my roommate actually has XM in his truck and SIRIUS in our house. So i have been able to listen to both of them, not as extensively as my buddy. I have noticed that SIRIUS has a cleaner sound than XM. It really depends on what music you like to listen to.

I had thought about getting Sirius but decided against it. I preferred Sirius station selection over XM. I listened to both on their websites. I went out of town on business and had a rental van with Sirius in it (thats when I decided that I wanted satellite radio) and investigated both of them.

I want to buy an XM reciever but I have a short drive to school and I don't think I can justify it to myself . I have the best spot right under my seat. The passenger's side is where the Xbox is going to go someday .

Default Sirius

I have some pics of Sirius Portable that I tried to post in a different thread but was not successful. I can email you some pics if you would like.

Also, Latin music on Sirius is way better!

I've got the integrated Alpine tuner as well, so not much to show there (mine is mounted in the trunk). However I did do something interesting with the antenna since I didn't want it visible-

oh ok, thanks. I was hoping you had a wagon and had found somewhere stealthy to mount the antenna. Anyone else have a stealth antenna location for a wagon?
