It is totally possible, I do it all the time. It is more then just the relization of dreaming too, it is the actual ability to control what goes on, where I am, who's there and so on. It does not happen all the time but when it does it is kind of freaky. Kind of like I am in some sort of alternate reality ( which I guess is half true). I can also dream while not sleeping, or at least it feels like dreaming. Very vivid pictures like a dream but I am totally concious, this only happens while I am meditating or in a deep state of relaxation. It is really cool, but actually scared the crap out of me the first time it happened, now I can have fun with it and manipulate it.

Does this ish make we weird or are their others out there? I have always wondered this but never had anyone to ask till now.....

I can control them every now and then. Its rare but it happens. The last one i was getting my ass beat down by a bunch of guys then I realized I was dreaming and I took control. I went kung fu style and kicked some ass.

Yeah my stupid science teacher tried to tell us how but it didn't work.

Sucks cuz there was this girl that sat next to me in that class and I really wanted to hit it but she wouldn't talk to me so I figured I could still bone her in my dreams.

Oh well, at least I got to see her undies when she wore a skirt in class.

Didn't we just have a discussion about this?

Anyway, very possible. They make special goggle-things that you can wear while you're asleep. They're timed to go off after you fall asleep, and start flashing red LED's that you'll be able to see through your eyelids. With some training you'll be able to recognize this without waking up and basically become aware of your dreams. Either that your you can teach yourself some mental tricks to have the same effect.

I can do it sometimes, but usually when I do I don't feel very rested in the morning, and the dreams stop feeling real and start feeling more like daydreams.

Yeah, the " fighting" dreams are crazy cool. It is like the Matrix and I know all sorts of martial arts moves, that I do not know in reality. Pretty wierd ****.

every 10mins or so ask yourself if your dreaming, or eveytime you see ummm a TV, ask yourself if your dreaming. do this for like a week and condition yourself to ask yourself thaT same question.

hopefully one day while you are dreaming your going to ask yourself if your dreaming, and be like, oh snap, i IS?

dont get to excited or else youll wake up.

I used to do it all the time. I can still do it, but its harder with out practice. I remember this one dream these Gorillas with guns broke into my house and I was scared ****less. Then I took control and started cracking domes. It was so awsome.

the red led mechanism sounds interesting. I can only do it if I am dreaming and am disturbed or woken up. At that point when I go back to sleep, I know I was dreaming, the dream comes back, but this time, I am controlling it 100%.

My own little Matrix
