Hmmm...why is the hood damaged and not the bumper? Maybe he rear ended a truck, dropped his cigarette and then it caught on fire?

It's not that bad... for a burned-out, wrecked shell of its former self.

That makes me just wanna cry. I would be soooooooo depressed if that happened to my '94 SVX LSI

Some one posted this link to a SVX wreck a while back over at the Yahoo! SVX club. http://home.pacifier.com/~jamnz/MVA_0802.html
Not as bad as the above pictures but just as sad.

This may be a dumb question, but I will ask it anyways. How do firefighters and arson experts pinpoint where a fire started, and what started the fire. My guess is that different materials turn different colors at different temps. I am probably really far off can someone explain this to me I am really curious to know. Poor SVX

Geez! What happened to it?
It doesn't look much like a traffic accident to me... The interior's all busted while the exterior's still in a relatively good condition?

I hit a chunk of cement on the freeway yesterday, damaging both rims on the passanger side of my 92. Are the rims good on this SVX? Where is it located?

AZ,

Sorry to hear about the rims. It looks like this one still has rubber on the wheels, maybe you can get some new ones.

So, how's the turbo running?

IMO the vette is even sadder.. i dont know how someone cant appreciate a vette..
at least for me, a new corvette would be the only american sports car i would ever buy..(or any american car for that matter, sports or not)

Yeah, that's about right.

Post

Hope the driver is OK.

IF that's the case, they got what they deserved -- fool couldn't even keep the directional rims on the proper sides of the car!!

I see so many SVX's running with the rims on the wrong side of the car, and it just makes me sad. Such a beautifully engineered car, such clueless drivers.
