Default perrin fuel rail???

Did someone know if the WRX Perrin fuel rail fit on 99 RS intack and injectors???

It will not. The injector mounting points are different between the years. Vishnu makes and sells a fuel rail kit for the RS.

I got a set from Ron @ Axis for $250 they are for the WRX, but they just need the mounting bracket modified, which is simple. They're 6AN fittings, good quality and Ron is great to deal with from a customer service standpoint, which Vishnu lacks in when it comes to RS stuff.
