Unhappy My wife is going to be the death of me yet....

Some guy in an SUV decided slam on the brake and turn on to a side street. My wife slide into the back of him

I was super nuts at first because my 2 yr old was in the car + my wife is 3 months pregnant. They went to the emergency room and all is fine... ahhhh what a relief.

Her car is done I think.

Wasted

That really sucks. Good to hear everyone is alright.

Just wish people used a little common sense. Probably why I coined the term 'common sense isn't real common'

Good to hear everything is ok. No worries about the younguns... they're like rubber until they're 7-8 years old, then they start breaking stuff.

unfortunately around here it doesn't matter how defensive of a driver you are, because if you gave them proper distance the person in the left lane would cut in front of you just to do the same thing, they seriously need redlight cameras here, i count at least 15 cars a day in my 15 minute(5 miles) commute to work that run thru blatent redlights.

glad everyone is okay, they designed airbags and restraints for a reason, glad to see they are working

Jeremy

glad to hear your family is okay!

I hate SUV's... i keep a good distance from their tails cause
they throw up rocks and stuff, and then as jeremy mentioned
some anus in another SUV cuts me off to use up that space.

Was that a sentra?

Thanks guys. Yes it was a 1996 Sentra GLE.

Everyone got home from the emergency room. Daughter has a brushed knee but seems fine. My wife has air bag burns on her wrists. I bet she will hurt tomorrow.

It's going to be hard to get her another car without going into more unwanted debt. But that might be unavoidable.
