Default Question on fuel pump. Please help!

The alarm I wanted to buy is on backorder, and I don't want my car to be stolen while I don't have an alarm. I have a 2002 WRX. I have decided to install a switch so I can turn the fuel pump on and off. My question is.... where can I find an easy access spot to a line that runs to the fuel pump? Which pin would it be on the ECU? Please help!! Thanks in advance.

There is a relay in the passenger foot well close to the door hinges beneath the glovebox. I believe its green. The signal wire to the relay can be put on a switch. The power line to the pump will cary many more amps so I wouldn't throw a switch on that.
