Post New Impreza Model codes

Here

There is indeed an OBS wagon and also a "TS" 2.5 wagon (like an RS).

Of note is the limited edition "yellow" WRX for the first three months. Probably an ugly color!!!

Lightbulb

So if you got a yellow WRX it would have to have black Subaru stickers on it, right?

I'm wondering if it is like that STi VI yellow.

Canary Yellow?

I like the Type R yellow. Even the Mustang GT yellow.

Talking

Glenn Wallace - Scooby Newbie. Now THAT'S funny.
What's with the blue/black. Is that a black with a blue tint, or what?
Looks like no auto "sport-shift". I wonder if N. America will ever get that?

Yeah, how DO you change that Newbie thing?

Anyway, no idea what black/blue is. Bruised?

The autos may indeed be paddle shift. I seem to recall there was a version of it on the 4EAT.

I am hoping for more information after the press launches in FL and GA next week.

It has been known for some time that the coupe is going away. Even the WRC car is 4dr.

I bet Jamie (Ms Moderator) could change me from Newbie?

Totally dumb question so flame away if you wish: Where did you get this information? It looks pretty official to me. Also if this is from SOA or FHI, they should be pretty close to "officialy" releasing specs, prices, etc.

Waiting for Press Release from SOA so we can all rid this board of rumors....

The UK site has two different blues. One is a dark blue (Mica), and the other is a light blue - the one of the original new-impreza pics that Glenn posted from testing in Sweden (or some such Euro place). I would assume that blue/black is the dark Mica Blue.

Looks like yellow is only available in the sedan. Good thing I want a sedan. If its a bright yellow(ie, not canary) I think I may consider it. Of course I've been wanting a silver one for a while, so who knows.

Unfortunately, I had two friends at the press event, but SOA knows they know me, so they were under instructions not to tell me anything - it is embargoed until January 9th.

However the MSRP has not been set!!!

However, I did get an email from SOA today inviting me to join some "enthusiast panel" for the Impreza etc, so that is a really good sign - they're obviously taking note of the "USA Impreza Cult".
