Default car won't rev more than 4000rpm

I took my turbo out to fix a leak and now my speedometer doesn't work and my car won't rev more than 4000rpm. I check al the plugs on the harness and they were connected I have to check the speed sensor on the tranny that maybe it disconnected.

NOt yet.. I am going to take off the cat section of my exhaust this week sometime, and put on a test pipe to see if there is any restriction in the cat.. I know I will have a CEL P0420, but at least this way I can see if it still has the hesitation or not.. Another possibility would/could be the primary O2 sensor.. I usually replace mine every 6 months due to them fouling out (still in desperate need of a tune) I have a spare sitting around so I might see if this works too.. either way I will keep you posted.

if you are talking about the vehicle speed sensor, just remember that the signal is in AC so you will need a multimeter that reads AC and set it accordingly.
