Default To all IPOD users... or future users.

I didn't do a search this time, but you can still blow me...

Alpine is planning on releasing a new head-unit this summer that is fully compatible with the I-Pod (including firewire support, and head unit browsing... allowing the ipod to sit in your glovebox the entire time). Just an interesting factoid if you are like me and were about to drop some money on a head-unit for your non-radio equipped car, only to have to buy a head unit with a line-in... and then have all of these wires and loose I-Pods to deal with.

You still have to hook up a wire, which sucks.

They should just make a cartidge type slot where you plug in your ipod on the HD itself.

Hi, I was wondering if I could use this as a self defense weapon? I tend to work around a lot of water too, is it bad if I drop it into the water? Oh....and how long do the batteries last? kthxbye!
