Default getting 30+mpg out of MY02 TS?

Is it possible to mod a MY02 TS to get 30 mpg reliably?

My commute is half surface roads, half highway, and I know that if it was 90+ percent highway, I'd get better than I'm seeing (about 24 mpg).

I'm open to any and all ideas for maximizing fuel efficiency, preferably without losing much pep. Thanks!

The best milage I've gotten was something like 33 or 34 mpg. The entire trip was freeway (except for getting onto the freeway from the gas station) with the cruise set at 75mph. The TS was loaded with about 700 pounds of my stuff (I was moving to Ohio). I guess if you use the cruise and let it shift before 4k rpm, you'll get better milage.

ARC box, water injection, air fuel controller, those would be three item to start to experiment with.

I got the most out of my tank when it was stock. But I just finished my exhaust setup. I'll keep update as I get a feel for what the full tank gets me now.
