Question Upgraded susp. w/ diff spring rates?

If I were to get a suspension upgrade, like a ver. 5 setup, which lower the car about 3/4", is there any way I can get different spring rate for front and rear or would that adversely affect the suspension. The reason I ask is I am planning to put a fairly large pair of subs in the trunk which will be permanent residents, along with my trunk monkey, and I was wondering if I could get stronger springs in the back so the car wouldn't handle like I had a massive box in the trunk.
