Default silly vf34 question

Sooo...after massive turbo research i decided i want to get the vf34. Thing is...i don't have money for engine management, injectors, or fuel pump....although i do plan on getting everything down the future.

is it fine to upgrade to vf34 without supporting mods, given that i do not push the car.

also...if that is not a good idea to do, what is the bare minimum to get safely to hold off until i get all of those things?

That said...

Don't upgrade your turbo until you have proper engine management and fueling. If you don't push your car, why get an upgraded turbo? The stock WRX turbo spools quick and is ok for around town... (and you can push your car as much as you want with no worries!)

Don't upgrade the turbo unless you have supporting mods.
