Part # for K&N cone filter

Does anyone have a part number for the K&N 3" cone filter included with the ISR intake kit? TIA.

I use a K&N RE-0930 3" cone filter on my Weapon*R intake. The filter element's about 6" long. K&N also makes a RE-0910 3" cone filter which is ~8" long. I don't know which, if any, of these is included with the ISR intake, but either one will fit a standard 3" tube. Give K&N a call, they may be able to help.

Can it fit on the stock tubes? Like remove the air box and attach the cone on it?

It will fit buy you'll need an MAF adapter if your going to put it on a 99' or lower. The cone will need something to go on.

i like the idea of just replacing the stock air box.. cuase thier really isnt to much restriction to my 91 intake.. would it work on my car.. and if so where can we purchase the adapter?.. thanks

I had a heck of a time finding a place to get an MAF adapter. I called all over to get one and no one would sell me one. They all wanted to sell me the whole intake. Even if the intake wasn't for my car Stillen makes them for the 300ZX and I understand that one will fit but they wanted me to purchace the whole thing. In the end our very own Kartboy ended up making me one. To see how I did my custom intake go here.

I used the box behind the TB but replaced the filter with the gasket.
