Hi guys/gals!
Does anyone know the lowest posssible offset that can be used on the Impreza without causing rubbing on the rear wheels...? I'm Swedish...and got a -00 GT...even though it's a turbo I believe it shares the same offset as your RS's...55...right? I'm curious...since I've found a nice 18" wheel, but need to know which amount of offset I'll need. ![]() Thnx - and have an Impreza weekend! //SAM

On a 17x7 rim +48 is maximum. Some 17x7.5 rims come with +45 and they are ok, as long as the car is not lowered. So for your 18" rim, you need to keep the same overall diameter as the 17x7 with 215/45/17 tire and +48 will be fine, I think.

Thanks!
![]() I'm looking at a Team Dynamics wheel, the motorsport, they can be had with 50 mm offset...and it's available in 18x7... The more sane choice would be an OZ Superleggera, it's in 17x7 and offset in the 48 range. :-) CYA //SAM [This message has been edited by SecretAgentMan (edited May 14, 2000).] |

the 50mm offset should be fine, but you'll be using rubber bands for tires on an 18" wheel.
