If it sticks to the car...which it appears it will do quite well, then yes.

Depends on the DE. Auto-X? Yep. Road course, they may want you to tether it.

Also, how much weight are you going to put on it? A handeld camera, or one of the Chase Cam lipstick cameras? I would look into getting one of his lipstic cameras and securing your handheld somewhere in the cockpit.

I use the single suction cup mount from Chase Cam. It is rather LARGE and has excellent holding strength. I've had it over 100mph with zero problems.

I haven't had any problems going thru tech with this attached.

nice vids! in your opinion is the single cup mount suitable for inside the car? specifically attached to the passenger side window of my STi.

I used it many times with a Sony lipstick camera, no problem even at speeds up to 135mph @ RA.
