Default XT 5-speed Luxury Package?

Rumor has it that Subie is finally going to offer the XT with the luxury package and five speed.

Any idea when we can expect them to hit the showrooms?

That would be awesome...I've been waiting for it too. 2005 model year? Anybody have more info, that'd be great.

But how 'bout the SportShift from the '05 Legacy?

That would be sweet.

I posted the same question in the "news and rumors" forum, and apparently the 5-speed premium package is coming to the states, and should be here along with the other '05 models sometime in May!

Gonna go shopping this year....

I talked to a dealer in Southern California who said that the new Foresters would arrive between June and August.

My email to Subaru got a fast reply saying that the new Foresters should be out to the dealers in June.

I'm on pins and needles, waiting for the new FXT 5 speed, silver, no frills, just thrills.
