Having trouble finding info on how to remove stock WRX Stereo

Actually for my STi, I need to know the easy way to remove the necessary dash parts to put in my head unit. I searched the sticky note at the top of the page, but didn't find anything real useful

Does anyone know of a thread that has steps with pictures so I know where to attack this thing from?
