Aint got my phone on me. I don't need to drive - I don't mind coming to watch and hanging out with my FRIENDS who just happen to drive Subaru's...like I did.

I was just talking about competing. Last year there was ONE person allowed to compete who didnt own a subaru so I guess its possible.

It all depends on me... I'm the registrar

Actually two people got to run that didn't own a Subaru.

David Smith drove Sully's car.
and Cat (MissKitty) drove Steven Hoffle's car.

David had owned a Subaru in the past, and he's a very talented driver, he added a fair amount of competition to the event.

I allowed Cat to run on the grounds that she, 1) drum up ALOT of support from all of the people who autocross in HouSCCA. 2) Ran in STS instead of Ladies. She really wanted to do this event and I didnt want there to be a conflict in Ladies class because some non subaru owner came in and cleaned up the class.

It's a case by case decision and it all depends on what you can provide for the event.

Oh yeah, that 92 Legacy L wagon (with cold AC!!) would be wicked competitive. Well, he wouldn't have placed as high as he did.
