Default Help! Legacy GT Head blow!

I got a 96 Legacy GT with about 75,000 miles on it. I paid $10,000 for it from a dealer. Love it ,just what i wanted(well wrx)4 months later(one month after the warrenty was gone) it over heated. The dealer put in a new theormostat i paide like $350 ok no big deal. Well one month later in over heats again so i bring it back and they say the heads are cracked. I was gonna get a Ej20 single turbo and the wiring harnes and pay someone to do it. It will be just to much money. Noe i am gonna go to a different dealer and just have a new block put in from the dealer for about $2,800. What the hell should i do? Anyone from the Phila area want to take a look?
