Forester 18" Volk LE28N Forester XT fitment - Advice? Vendors?

Allright, I know most of you are Impreza guys, but I need advice on wheel specs for my XT. I'll preface this by saying that I'm already running WRX STi takeoffs, so it is at STi stock height.
I think I've decided on the Volk LE28N in Gunmetal w polished lip (should look nice on my silver XT). I definitely want 18's, but I am undecided on width... I see a lot of WRX's and STi's running 18x7.5, 18x8 or even 18x8.5 (et44) versions of these wheels. My question is, what width and offset should I get for my XT?? At this point, I think I can fit the 18x8, but I don't know what offset would be best. Any advice is welcome, and if you know of good vendors for these wheels, please mention them, as I am looking to purchase within a week or so.
Thanks much,
Marco

also depends if you're planning to have a BBK or not.

based on this chart:

Thanks for the reply. I suppose I should play it safe and not go for the 8" wide versions. I do eventually plan on going bigger with the brakes, but that will have to be dictated by what fits behind these wheels, as I don't plan on upgrading the brakes soon and I do plan on getting wheels soon. I also plan on getting the Prodrive STi springs when they are released, so I guess that is further impetus to stay safe with the 7.5" width. Thanks again, G-Force.
Anyone think differently?
