Default How long to install Up-pipe, TBE, etc?

For a 2002 WRX, how long should it take to install an up-pipe and turbo back exhaust? What is a fair shop charge for someone doing it the first time?

Thanks

i'd do it for about $200, depending on the condition of your bolts!
